Default A new and permanent kinda ride

Its been around 3 years now that I was without a permanent ride for myself. cars kept coming and going and i was missing that special feeling that you feel when you get in your car.
At last, I have decided to keep this Exceed permanently. It was a diesel jeep when I had bought around a year back. Now, it is having a petrol engine. new interior taken off a half cut and some other things. Sharing pictures with you people. It has CNG in it also but have not been able to use it yet coz when I go out, the pumps are about to close. I am confused about taking it off or continue with it.

Please share your suggestions and any other upgrade that you people suggest while not ruining the decent look.

Well last night I read a lot about this. Let me put in fine points here.
Fuel average difference will be minimal.
But all the off roaders advised to go for AISIN manual hublocks or LOKKA automatic hublocks.

And yes with permanently locked hubs there is bit of extra wear and tear in tyre and as well mechanical parts.

Now as you would be keeping this ride for a long time I would suggest as @engineermali already did. Change them to manual hub locks. AISIN hub locks from kabari I guess.

Yup, but I still am yet to find a reason why did Mitsubishi built it like that? The closest answer was that some of these GEN-II Pajeros were region specific, hence maybe these are for those areas where front two wheels locked are necessary or maybe beneficial in some way.

i drove her for a couple of kilometres after getting them changed. The drive felt lighter. The jeep is there for regular tune up, plugs, filter change etc. Will update you guys tomorrow night as i will get her back in the evening.
