Step 1: Acquire 4,5 steel rims.
Step 2: Go to the truck workshop road (Fort Road?) perpendicular to Badami bagh market.
Step 3: Ask around for rims fabricators, select one.
Step 4: Get your custom rims after a couple of days and take 'em to a chrome shop (I'll help on it later).
    Step 5: Profit!

Welded rims made locally are always a bad idea. Just saying.

Totally agreed, I would further add use the Stock Oem rims its pretty good for normal/bit bigger tires and anything bigger then that would first need suspension lift and thats different level. Best guidance one can give you is knowing which vehicle you are going to put it on.

laley these have incremental dia from the base till the lip to give them a 3 piece look , u can check out the ref pics , for instance if u add custom lips to 15'' they would end up with a total dia of 16'' or 16.5'' , that means you will need welds at both ends of the wheel and if they end up anywhere between integer figures then its gonna be useless as finding tyres for such sizes is not feasible and u cant mount/stretch a 16'' tyre on a 16.5'' wheels , just an example
