    Default Not so cool 4x4

    Aoa.

As some of you don't know that I own a mazda double cabin 98 model (which is toyotafied with 3L engine by previous owner), the vehicle in question is also my daily commute as aswell. Now as the summer is approaching, i'm beginning to worry about the cabin cooling. I have acquaintances with d-cabins of different age and gender and to be honest the AC in these things is not impressive despite having 'huge' engines.
Anyways, what i wanna know is how to improve the cooling of of d-cabin so that I can enjoy the ride even in hot summer days.
2ndly, the other option is to increase the insulation of cabin, what can be and should be done about it and from where.

Qaiser Pal,I have not failed. But found 1 of 10,000 ways which doesn't work.....Toyota driver "I couldn't repair my brakes,so i made my horn louder"..When i was born i was so surprised that i didn't talked to one and half year..since light travel faster then sound, people appear bright until you hear them speak..If u can't convince them, confuse them

A 98 mazda is practically a ford ranger Cooling has nothing to do with engine horse powers A good AC setup is required.. that requires a proper sized condenser, evaporator and compressor. A properly sealed AC dashboard ducting is also necessary.

I drive a Nissan D22 as a daily driver.. and the AC is chill.. and I have never been to an AC wala.. all DIY work

Only the engine has been changed , rest of the things related to AC are stock. may be you could have a look at mine and suggest me an action plan to tackle this issue.
