Default Toyota Vigo Champ Bumpy Ride Issue!!

    Hello everyone,
I bought New Toyota Vigo Champ 2014 couple of months back. After experiencing it ha too much bumpy ride and sometimes people who sit back seat complain a lot of jumping. My question, is there any substitute to change leaf springs with coil springs? I heard about Ironman Coil spring but is it possible to convert my vehicle with coil spring without affecting my 4x4 performance? Please your help would be highly appreciated. Thanks

2 sand bags in the truck bed should solve the issue
75% of earth is covered by water... the rest by Jeep

Ironman suspension will not solve the problem. Even if you consider for ironman make sure you get low load rating ones not medium.

The bed in the back of the Vigo is designed to carry a load. The suspension is tuned accordingly.

Without any load in the back, the vehicle seems to be very stiffly sprung and hence the bouncy ride.

You could go to a decent Kamani maker and ask him to remove the smaller Kamanis (leafs from the rear suspension) to reduce the spring rate and soften the ride.

However, this should not affect the setup in a negative manner (the remaining leafs should be properly secured).

I would request further input on this from other pakwheelers before trying.

This is just my point of view.
