Orginal engines are not easy to find, lets hope for best.

Hi, please do not change the original tail lights they are waterproof. a lot of original parts of your jeep are available in pindi you must explore that. secondly if the tokens are short you must show the jeep before restoration to the authorities to wave off the tokens.take care

Rear axle rebuild
Axle housing was centred by previous owner and shafts also cut & welded. So housing & axle shafts were useless. Only differential was re-usebale.
Dis-assembled, cleaned, greased and adjusted all parts.
Housing changed (from Bilal Ganj)
New axle shafts
New differential bearings
New wheel bearings

Important Question.....are you converting it to RHD or are you keeping it LHD ???

2-Needs extensive alterations of steering box, tie rods, linkage, dashboard, pedals, etc.

Leaf Springs Rebuilt
Spring packs dis-assembled, cleaned & lubricated.
Changed centre bolts, pivot bolts, bushes, shackles, grease nipples etc.
Rear U-bolts also changed as per original specs.
Spring packs painted after assembly.
Body denting complete by the time.

Chasis Back on Wheels
Axles, springs and shock absorbers re-attahced with frame.
Many nut bolts changed. It is hard to find bolts with US standard threads but found a 'kabaria' in Badami Bagh having these bolts.
Original C-type spring shackles
Chasis number stamped on frame. Not clear in this photo due to reduced resolution.
