    @ offroad

    try looking for an original willy's trailer....it looks awesome..there is this mechanic in pindi (city saddar road)who has one, but refuses to sell it.
    I'd rather be in Concordia!

    @OKAY

    me and offroad had a discussion on this

    trailer has all the space advantages but we decided we cant drive at 60KM/h... trialers sway alot.. they are hard to take offroad..

    i tried to find a M100 or M416 trialer.. but there were none available at the 26 no chungi auctioners.

    baskets and roof cages are alot convenient in this regard

    @okay,
    Yeah I agree with Akif.Tail Gate Carriers wont effect the offroad capability of any 4x4...Trailor is expensive,slow to drag,Cant go Hard Core Offroad....But Looks Beautifull................Akif can u post other view of the subject pic as well.I think basket is fixed to high..Lot of space beneath it is wasted...Wht u say..If It should be like that CJ Pic I attached..It would be more spacious..One can fix Jerry Canes & Spare wheels on back o that small cage...Plz advice more & post more pics if u can search....
    Akif also call me when u r free...

    @Offroad

    this specific rack is for CJ's and wrnglers... its a bumper, tire carrier and rack...

    just get an idea of the rack basket... the one in pic is high coz of the huge tire and the tire height...

    ur willys tire height is not much... hav a basket over that... hav it bolt on to the tail gate.. should work fine.

    as far as that CJ rack in above pic (the one from offroadpakistan)... i think if the rack is supposed to carry huge weight... it should b tied at the frame/bumper instead of body.. u knw body gets stressed..

    @Offroad

    cost doesnt seem to be less than 10K but it would be worth the investment

    we will be using 3/4 inch square tube pipes for the rack itself with the mouting brackets made of pipes...

    initial estimate is about 8 lenghts of pipes each costing around 800...

    possible but yaad rakhein... daaalaa kharak jai ga

    u cant put much load on tail gate or body...

    u have to take support from frame/bumper... while designing anything do take this into account that the load is on frame instead of the body...

    i suggest go for a simple basket over the existing tire and jerry can setup... enough for casual loading

    long route pe next yr sath chalein ge... full time camping adventure trip

    Fahd bhai... body should not be stressed.

    material would be 3/4 tube pipes along with heavier gauge pipe for support from frame.

    i suggest take some time and go to Moon at city saddar road... he is right behind that iron walay ki building on left side... he asks a bit high and takes a bit time BUT he knows his work well... im going to have mine made from him

    Atif Shahzad's idea is very good as it won't compromise ur angle of departure even doing hard core off-roading. You can increase the rack size to suit your needs.Make sure the welded joints and hinges are stable and not shaky.
