    @amir, luckily I was with a friend. I keep a long strap and shackles, air pump and spade with me.

    Had to dig out a lot of sand to clear the front. Since I was stuck on a slope so I manage to had it out in about 1 hour with towing.

    Its always the case. Whenever one get stuck its #$%^$%^$^ time and later on, cherish the memories.

    Sand, I am quite familiar, once stuck in mud and it was entirely a different ball game. Ended up sending SOS signal to some friends and retrieved it with 100+ meters strap.

    Well I dont have uch experience on mud. I think if you sink in mud, you are gone but in sand, one can always dig more and let the air out.

    Main problem with mud is that tires loose traction and even small sink is quite hard to handle.

    You guys have been doing some serious offroading, whats your catch on it?

    @Parapilot

    Well i did Offroading with one of our IJC friend living in Saudia (Mr Mohammad ). Really enjoyed the thrill.
    To me offroading on Sand is much easier than in Mud.
    In both the cases u have to have lot of experience n LUCK.

    Quite right. Mud is definitely a different ball game.
    Experience is required in both the cases
