Default Advise on Lift Kits & ECU Chipping

    Hi people,

I recently bought a set of INTERCO Super Swamper Tyres for my project car which is a 95 Land Cruiser II Long wheel base. The tyres measure 38"x18"R16.5 which is super huge and wont in anyway fit without a lift kit. So can any one guide where to get a SUSPENSION lift kit for this model as I am not in favor of Bodylift which needs alot of work.

Another thing, Has anyone used A Dtronic or Diesel Power , Steinbauer ECU Chip? The engine is 1KZTE (water to air intercooled).

    Thank you all,

    Saad

Thats a nice buy. Where did you find these from? I have been looking for 35s for my cherokee for a long long time now. post some pics of the tires and the rig as well. Let me know if you ever eat to sell these. .
Lift kits can be bought from the US online. Thats the more expensive way to do this. If you search the net, you may be able to find information on how to do this in a cheaper yet reliable way.
Here is a link for a cheap body lift.. http://www.4crawler.com/4x4/CheapTricks/BodyLift.shtml
The suspension lift is the tricky part. Be careful if you do it yourself. It has to be done the right way to ensure stability.
