    @fahadmiester
    if it has a turbo diesel or any of the petrol engines, the answer is "YES". only the non-turbo (5L-E) engine cannot hit 180.

    If everything is in control, you are not fast enough!!

    @qwerty

    You'll be damn surprised that its as stable as rock at those speeds, engine is super smooth, ride predictable and no tire niose.... only issue is the wind noise, which in comparison to alot of new cars is nothing but buggers me!!

    I want to add one thing before someone start jumping to conclusions, there is a difference between BEING FAST and having ROAD RASH! Driving on roads in Pakistan, which are not more than 6 lanes and driving on 16 lanes in UAE with no or minimal traffic, is different. Another factor is no rule of signal and lane change in our beloved Pakistan can be fatal unlike UAE.

    Just my usual non-requested advice!!

    ^well said

    i think 140 is more than acceptable/normal in the UAE (so 180+ should also be safe)

    however i think 65km/h is dangerous in PK since nobody knows how to drive.

    @Storm

    140kmh on Emirates road and 160kmh on SZR is quite the norm as speeding cameras are configured to flash above those speeds.

    On SZR with 8 lanes, no rig or truck can change lane or overtake, if they do, they will've to pay 10,000 dhms fine and cancellation of license, including sending you back to your home country forever if you did it more then once.

    On Emirates road it has minimum 12 and upto 16 lanes, hence 2 lanes on each side are dedicated to rigs and buses. After getting out of city limits, the traffic is almost non-existent and you can see mercs, lexus and bimmer well in excess of 200kmh, not to mention those so called 4x4s on steriods (X5, Cayyene, Range Rover Sport etc)....
