    @devilz Altis is fully loaded as where as Gli isn't.BTW if you sell your Altis you gonna have to add money to right?So why pay more for a less loaded non-safer car because you already have one that is safer and has more features the rest is up to you man!

    @REDZDEVIL
    Yes but engine capacity is not an issue as this will be used for family...ITs going to be advantage any way because i think GLI will have better consumption...What about luxury and stuff ?

    @murtaza_murti
    Are you sure that theres stuff missing in new GLI ? I mean i heard from friend that theres everything...even ABS and better chasis from Old altis ?

    I think GLi doesn't have air bags... but i don't have any strong reason for my suggestion, just GLi is less powerful than Altis... But as u say, power isn't an issue and u need gud fuel consumption cuz it wud b used for family.... then definitely go for it widout a 2nd thought

    I am still looking forward to a some more replies here.....

    But what makes me feel sad is that its swtiching from a higher grade car to a lower one.
    At the same time,a new 0 km car is going to be awesome.

    If you want a fuel efficient car, then you can go for gli but i don't see any big changes in the new car except its shape.

    Does your altis have ECT(Electronic Controlled Transmission) Button? if so, gli hasn't got it.

    It has no airbags.

    It is a 1.3l engine only and looking at its body i must say it should have been 2.4l minimum because car like this should have big engine.

    If you want a 1.3 fuel efficient car, then i would prefer Honda City (new) and if you're not afraid of resale thing then go for Toyota Belta(AKA Yaris/Vitz Sedan) 1.3 because it has got everything which even fully loaded pakistani assembled corolla hasn't got.

    Thanks all for your input..Today one of my frends brought his GLI over for comparison.I have to say that THANK GOD i didnt go for the GLI.

    It was certainly one of the most emptied cars i have ever seen.It had absolutely NOTHING special.

    We also gave it few test runs...and it was pathetic preformance wise even though it was petrol mantained...further more it wasnt even comparable to Altis when altis was on CNG.

    Heres a pic ...I couldnt take more pics srry...

    good decision.

    always go for car that is of one step above or atleast of same level. when you go for car which is of lower level you always regret and i've seen people making this mistake and then bashing the new car for no good reason. again a good decision you made. (Y)
