Salarzae Bhai, you have made my day yaar.
I am a Revo Baptiser, LoL, trying to Convert, the otherwise, Orthodox crowd to have some faith in your own people.
Lets just say for discussion sake that what if Japan Tomorrow decides to put sanctions on Pakistan and bans all of its companies to operate on Pakistani soil, just like what Americans have to done to Pakistan time and again, thats the main reason you don't see many American products being popular in Pakistan.
Anyway, what will happen then. There won't be any Corolla, Civic VVs.. TTs PPs whatever...anymore. The point is we need to rely on our own industry to move forward, then later on, we can import all we can, once our general public can afford to buy them in Millions. Currently, all the cars makers should be told to make complete cars in Pakistan, even those that are of Japanese, Korean origin, not just assemble them. Just like what CHINA has told them. Yes, China has very strict laws and it DOES NOT allow any car company to Manufacture in CHINA unless they select a local Partner in China and transfer the latest technology. Same is the case with INDIA. Thats why you see all the Japanese, German, Korean, and American making 100% of their cars with Local partnerships in both China and India. Hopefully, our government learns something from China and India and do something about it.. But, now I hear they are talking about relaxing all the rules, and letting in even imports from countries that don't even make Cars upto International standards.
@ Sammy,
the most economical Revo is 800CC without AC and CNG, and since you won't be using either of those, you can consider that model. Its most basic and cost is roughly $4,300 US or about Rs. 279,000. You might be able to negotiate the price down even further as you only need the empty cage of the car, without any instruments or interior. I know what you are talking about, I have seen those Racing Cars, those are awesome. Sort of like in NASCAR, but you are thinking of having an actual body, rather than just fiberglass shell like in NASCAR.
You should be able to negotiate better with a dealer, than Adam Motors company since they are very busy now a days, as I have found out from my contacts.
Here is the list of Dealers of Adam Motors, you can call them directly, thats a better option.
