I am saying that if Michal was reinstated to 6th by the court then all the other drivers will demoted and Buemi would lost the single point he has scored. Alonso lost 2 valuable points and the gap to the championship leaders Vettel and Webber would increase from 3 to 5 points.
Just tell me don't you think all the other teams will object that decision, as for the race ending under safety car condition was not applied because for that SC boards and Yellows should remain in place. Also remember that Race Control has issued green flag after the first Safety Car Line, Marshals have done the same thing they are been told to do by the race control.
If it was an error by Marshalls or Stewards why Michal or for that matter any other driver have to pay the price. Just to point out another thing which have not been discussed why Barrichello was not penalised for throwing his steering in the path of Chandhok who drags it till the tunnel and then Bruno also hit that. Also Trulli should been penalised for causing an avoidable crash too.
Barrichello is saying that he was facing oncoming traffic thatswhy he has to get out of the car fast but he should put it on the front of the car why he throws it on the right. Also Patrick Head has defended Rubens's action by saying that he was present in a high speed section of the track, but he forgets that as soon as Rubens crashed Yellows were deployed and if any driver was found going over the cautionary speed limit could been penalised for that immediately.
These 2 examples from the same GP shows that only penalties are applied when it favours some top teams and not when it could favour some small team for that matter.

Ferrari will decide what chasis will be given to which driver, lets say they bring 281 back which is the first chasis Alonso used in Bahrain, but this time they ask Massa to use that and give Alonso 282 which is been used by Massa for now. Teams can switch chasis for their drivers when they want to change.
