    Sauber hurt by set-up issues in the Korean Grand Prix
    Sauber believes that its struggles in the Korean Grand Prix were down to set-up issues that hurt its front tyres.

    @aref
    No one criticize Michal for his 94' incident, even though that was happened in a season when 2 drivers have died and many others injured in different incidents, one driver was banned for 3 races because of dangerous driving. FIA was taking every smallest incident very seriously and still a blatant driving error was not even investigated at all. Do you know why???

    Because a certain important person in F1 don't want more negative attention to the sports plus Michal have the charisma to make people forget what kind of sad and disastrous season was that while on the other hand Hill don't have that charisma.

    So imagine if that incident was investigated and a penalty would be awarded what happens to the championship then Michal would likely been disqualified and Hill becomes a champion but would he become a popular champion, the answer is no and it would just deepen the wound that if Senna was alive he could be the champion in that car.

    Thatswhy Michal was promoted to that role which was to lead the new face of F1 for the coming years and his blunder was forgotten. In 95' there were 2 or 3 times Hill crashes into Michal and again no penalty was awarded, the reason was the same as Senna that it was more or less been taken as revenge.

    Then came 97' and the Jerez incident Michal was only cosmetically awarded a penalty but a clear message was sent that in future such behaviour will not be tolerated by anyone, reason was simple F1 has moved on from the 94' and now Michal was the role model whom new drivers have to follow and such actions by him could only lead to more such incidents and thatswhy a penalty was awarded.

    But even after the penalty Michal was not called a cheat by FIA, it was the british media who has taken the chance of criticizing Michal and calling him a cheat and lacking of respect for other competitors, and this was more based on politics then any other thing. Yes, Italian and German press also criticize Michal after his Jerez incident but that was the heat of the moment reaction only British media have taken it at heart including people like Brundle whose comments during the race have ignited the whole controversy in the first place when at the time of crash he says "Sorry Michal, you hit the wrong part of Villenueve's car."

    Nowadays, only British F1 fans bring Michal is cheat or lacking racing ethics on different forums and that tells you everything. Also remember the whole world accepts one thing and that is never say bad words about anyone after he/she died. So as Prost says once in a interview that its not only Senna has died but my whole racing career is also now not a debatable thing either because when ever anyone wants to asks questions about my career it eventually led to my rivalary with Senna and I can't say anything about it because Senna will not be their to reply it at all. Michal is still with us and thatswhy he will remains a target for such criticism until he lives.

    You are right I guess. Since I only have access to British media, all I get is bitterness from them about Schumi. Maybe world sees all this differently.

    Saw Senna today...
    Prost was portrayed kind of an a-hole.
    But maybe cause he was good in F1 politics too, rather than being just a good driver.
    It was a great movie. Thoroughly enjoyed it and how great a driver Senna truly was...

    New Jersey set to host F1 race in 2013

    New Jersey will host a Formula One race in 2013, according to a report in the Wall Street Journal.
    Earlier this year the townships of West New York and Weekhawken announced their interest in bringing F1 to the city, with plans for a street race set against the backdrop of the Manhattan skyline. The latest report says an announcement is due on Tuesday which will see the race hit the streets in June 2013.
    The reports suggest the New Jersey race will run alongside the US Grand Prix in Austin, which is set to make its debut on the calendar next season.
