    Webber concerned at number of winners
    Mark Webber is concerned that the number of different winners in Formula One could prove detrimental to the sport.

    @NakedTruth
    No, the article is correct and you are wrong. Charles Pic may have delayed Alonso for a lap or so but it still cannot delay him enough that Alonso lost the race because of that. The whole race was shaped up in the second stint when Maldonado do a quick outlap and successive fast and consistent pace lap through out that time. Plus in the last stint Maldonado psyched out Alonso and that is another extraordinary achievement of Maldonado in that race.

    Anyone mate, anyone. Fernando or Hamilton or Nico or Webber. They are all shafted. An Alonso win is obviously more enjoyable but doesn't take away from the fact that it's just a joke-that we are watching an endurance race. And the thought that some are having org**ms counting how many different winners we have had this season and ooooh lets see if we have a different winner in Monaco!

    I was actually commenting on the stupid statement made by Horner. It's totally retarded and not like him being an idiot is a secret but to say " consistency is the key " no kidding!! When has consistency not been the key? When has anyone won the title , maybe with one or two exceptions, without being consistent? A guy who wins 7 or 8 races in a season and finishes on the podium another 3-4 times, is he not consistent? A guy who wins 11 races or 12 or 13, is he not consistent? He is talking out of his a$$. When has someone who has not been consistent been rewarded pretty much in anything.

    I don't think what Horner said is by any means stupid, yes consistency is the key for almost every season to win the title but one should not forget that in past few seasons every point is important was not a factor like it is now. Which means even if a driver is not winning the race but scoring good points every race while other title contenders are scoring wins and podiums every now and then and are having problems in some races the chances of that driver to win the title is higher then those who are winning.

    Also, take this comment as intra team wake up call that they can't relax because if they got relax that the title is with in their grasp but one single race could change all that. So consistently scoring points is better then trying to win every race.
