people who use Highbeams.. once day would suffer too bigtime. People who drive slow on fast lanes, remember one day a vehicle carryin ur son, dad might get late to hospital coz people like u. underaged driving will land u in bigtime trouble one day or the other.. And the Blue indication light on ur speedometer denotes "High Beams"

in pakistan.. only the "luxurious" cars have airbags.. Honda Civic, Toyota Altis..

no airbags in GLI, CITY, and all Suzukis...

so you think Civic or Altis and bla bla are luxury vehicles?? . even these so called luxury vehicles have I think only driver air bag.. no passenger or side curtain air bags as I think. How can a safety be connected with luxury as far as airbags are concerned.

My two VW's , each with 10 air bags.. I am the most luxurious person on this planet.. ;-)

The bullet proof jackets are life saver or fashion.. lol. no offense just kidding.. there is no guarantee with any safety equipment or technology but technology and equipment can help reduce the risk.. Same question goes for Helmet for bikers.. Helmet is safety or style.. ;-)

My seat airbags were deployed as well as the side curtain in my accident few years ago. see here https://www.pakwheels.com/forums/spo...go#post3571999

i don't know the history of airbag it was a luxury item or a common life saver i just know that airbag is a lifesaver when used with seat belts and from my research on internet/general i have came through that manufactures who actually manufacture airbags also knows that the airbag cannot replace the seat belt, but merely supplement itwhich came out with a term SRS for further information guys check out this article.

The airbag: anniversary of a lifesaver | Daimler Global Media Site > Classic > Daimler AG > Technology > Safety

experts i can be wrong please correct me.

Airbags are definitely a safety feature, not a luxury one.
As far as its only availability in Pakistani "luxurious" cars, its because there are no such safety rules for locally assembled vehicles. Even the high-mount light which is very important feature, its not available in honda city which is worth 1.5M PKR. On the other side almost all JDMs whether bigger or smaller ones, have high-mount light feature, this is because they come from countries where authorities know what is human safety...

In a country where people generally laugh at someone wearing a seatbelt, not a life-saver perhaps.
