    Default Every thing about tyres

I am starting this new thread because many of my friends don't like my replies. They think that i am someone on the pay roll of Michelin or may be i am some tyre seller. I don't have any monitory interest in recommending Michelin to others. I am Michelin lover and my replies are due to my experience of life spent in different continents and countries. If any body need any suggestion about tyres i will love to reply your queries. DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY.

    The best size is 165 70 r 13.if u drive fast and off road then 175 70 r 13 or 185 70 r 13.

Question tyre and rim size confusion

Dear Brother.... would u pls like to suggest me best fitt tyre and rize for my honda civic japanese 1996 model, it has written 13 inches tyre when i open d door so a sticker is printed and pasted over there where is color etc mentioned. but i hate 13 inches tyre currently im using 195/65 R15 tyre but i think they re too large to roll for my honda cuz if im driving fast and i cross a speed breaker then the tyres rubbs with the body of car, so pls suggest best fit tyres for my honda.

That's nice, but what's the brake issue. As per my experience Michelin's asymmetric technology is best in terms of grip and braking.

Indeed 15" rim size is too large for your car, best size for you to be on 185/65R14. But it seems you are 15" rim lover so i suggest you to reduce your size to 185/65R15. Hope it will perform better.

My dear if you use low profile tyre you will loose comfort and by using wider tyre you will consume more fuel. OE size of Passo is 175/65R14. Down grade to oe size you will get best comfort and mileage.

After using the michelin's for 8 months, they proved very good in every respect, braking issue also resolved as the tyre installer had filled access air.

Go to market and check price, Energy Saver is old product and all available is smuggled, it's better to get XM2 Energy with warranty sticker pasted on it.
