    Default Every thing about tyres

I am starting this new thread because many of my friends don't like my replies. They think that i am someone on the pay roll of Michelin or may be i am some tyre seller. I don't have any monitory interest in recommending Michelin to others. I am Michelin lover and my replies are due to my experience of life spent in different continents and countries. If any body need any suggestion about tyres i will love to reply your queries. DON'T WORRY BE HAPPY.

agreed. however my advise was regarding the insane height of the new tires when upgrading from 13 to 16. 195/45-16 would have had approx the same height as the stock tires compared to 195/55-16.

If he does choose to stick to the 16's and is aware that it will decrease the comfort, the 45-16's is the better option. Though i agree 14's would be ideal and 15's should be the limit

So I got a few options, out of which I expect you to recommend or suggest:
    1) Bridgestone 175 70 13
    2) nexen 175 70 13
    3) maxxis 175 70 13

Would "175" instead of "155" hurt fuel consumption? Bcz I'm getting 15 km per litre average in city which is rare for passo here in Pakistan as I often find people complaining about average of about 10 kmpl .....

Anybody recommend trusted sellers in Lahore?

replies would really be appreciated and admired

You may get 195/55R15 in all major brands but it's hard to get 195/50R15.

Your rear suspension is carrying more load as front axle tyres are higher, just exchange their position it will be better.

SP490 is not a good choice, sidewall damages are very common in almost all Dunlop cheaper tyres.

You can mount 155/70R13 or 165/65R13, best is Michelin XM2 Energy other wise you can go for Toyo or Hankook.
