Default Somebody pierced my car's tyre :/

    Salam,

Yesterday, the parking inside my workplace was full so i was forced to park outside the house. Its a street in pindi where some high profile people live (ganja republic and friends)... Anyway i always take good care while parking such that my car is not a hindrance to anybody. So i parked my car at the extreme end of this closed street. The distance between my car and the house in front was easily two cars away (i mean two more cars could be parked)

In lunch break i had to go to market so i saw my car's rear tyre full flat. Having experienced the damage that can be done to a flat tyre I checked the tyre for any nail but could not find any. I replaced the tyre with spare and later i came back home slowly on spare because anything above 70kmph would cause vibration in car.
Oh and btw the office boy later told me that these people don't like cars parked in front of their house. Does that mean you start damaging somebody's car? I am sure they don't even know where their money is coming from but mine is hard earned. May Allah give them hadayat

When i reached isb, i got my tyre checked and found that somebody had made a half cm cut which looked like from a sharp knife on the side of tyre.
Like my previous tyre (refer to above thread) this one also got hit at its side wall so basically another almost new tyre is ruined. The shopkeeper filed the tyre from inside, placed some rubber and heated it up. After some time the rubber melted over the cut and it seems fine now.

There is no leak but i am concerned about safety. I have now two tyres in total which i can call weak so i need consent of people here regarding it.
My daily use is on highway so the car is, most of the time, doing 80kmph. I want to know is it safe to run the car with this type of puncture? If yes, for how long can it do... because summers are coming up and i don't wanna take chances. A little laziness can cost me more damage in future

I feel sad because both my tyres are in perfect condition in terms of treads and usage yet both are weak due to side-wall hits :/

that happens in Pakistan, the bunglolio saudi embassy in Karachi are notorious for this - a freind of my father lived next to them and we visited him sometimes - they would even order their guards to break the car's glass windows - the car was parked in front of the house we were visiting.

Only in Pakistan - when in doubt take out your ID card, salute the coat of arms on it and be thankful someone did this. In other karachi areas people come out with guns if you park near their house, they think that the street is their personal property. It gets worse if the street has some "poly ticks" connected people who think they are the royal rulers of the Kingdom of Pakistan.

Now where else in the world can you experience that? Enjoy it.

advice - dont ever try to repair a sidewall puncture, the tire is very dangerous if repaired like that.
