What kind of paper work should I check and get while dealing.
I have no idea about this, I dont want to get my self ncp car for market price

and other things in vehicle i should look for

I will be learning driving on this one so dont wanna go over 4 lac

Brother if your budget is 4 lacs and you need a car you will LEARN driving on + You have no experience to maintain a car +the maintenance of mehran is so cheap + any roadside mechanic can make her work if stalled somewhere

Then you should go for a MEHRAN , i know many PW's will bash me on this

My first ride was also MEHRAN and trust me i learned driving+maintaining+dealing with mechanics from that ride

get mehran straight away if ur budget is 4 lac ... baleno and city's parts and maintenece are more expensive and they will frequently engage you with mechanics on weekly basis ....

A Big NO to baleno or city when you dont know about A B C of the cars

The baleno is very much heavy on the pocket to maintain if you come across some bad car , secondly i wont suggest you such old models car as you're a beginner to this stuff

Sir Mehran ley lain .. Its easy on pocket easy to maintain... Spare parts are cheap..
Every ostad is expert on Mehran due to fixing taxis ..
Plus when you save up some cash and want to upgrade Mehran sells quick.. Its literally cash on wheels
The person who said, " money can't buy happiness". Clearly didn't know where to shop.

Mehran ko goli maro, its not a car but jail cell. You can get a cultus in 4-5 lacs and its a much better option for a first car. Kissi ko saza deno ho, beghair ac mehran main betha k gt road pe dal lo.

Documents for a used Pak car
    1. Two Sale Certificate.
    2. Invoice
    3. Excise form.( Two white color papers )
    4. A dark blue book. Containing ownership and tax details.
    5. Beige papers showing tax details.
What u will need when buying a car is original owners cnic copy and a transfer letter signed by the owner.
Now since it is your first time I would suggest u to take a relative or friend who is expert in cars with u to check the car aswell as documents as u might get confused in the file. And if a single doc is missing can cause trouble.
Also call cplc to get cars data and make sure it's clear.
