Default Suggest a sedan within 1.2 to 1.3 million

I am unsure of what to get. It is supposed to be for an individual but once a week for the family. Drive is mainly in city, about 20 KM per day. more on weekends.

    requirements:
    Decent fuel consumption.
    Maintenance not too high.
What can I find that is not too old a model.
Good enough to be a daily driver.
Resale is not much of an issue.
    Parts availability is something important.
    LAHORE or ISLAMABAD registered.

Please mention the Make, Model and Year of the Car.
    e.g Honda City 2009

Should be a sedan. DO NOT suggest cultus, vitz, swift please.

Thank you for your response guys.
If I compare City and GLi. It seems city doesnt have that kind of comfort that GLi has, its ride is a little bumpy. While GLi (in my opinion) seems a little underpowered compared to city. Doesn't have that kind of pickup.

so Altis seems a much better option. Though the cars section looks like it will require a little raised budget.
    Any other suggestions?
    JDMs maybe?

People have reported excellent mileage figures if driven properly regarding the 1.6 Altis. You can search on forums. About the 1.8, don't know about it's mileage. Should be between 10-15.
