Question 600 to 800 cc Automatic Car Purchase Suggestion Required

    AOA All,

I need to buy a 600 to 800 CC (small & Smart) automatic car for female use and I don't want to spend more than 7 to 8 lacs. Would you please suggest which small car would suit my needs as there are several options available nowadays especially Japanese imported cars. Which car has more features, comfortable ride and best value to my money. Please do consider spare parts price & availability.

I would really appreciate experts' suggestions and I really going to buy a car in a couple of days.

Looking forward to your suggestions soon.

If you are planning for a jdm kei and want to keep it for a long time , go for a fresh imported one which has verifiable auction sheet with it , but for this , you'l have to increase your budget to around 10 lacs , it will be one time investment and don't worry about expensive parts coz good condition jdms do not require frequent part changes , just buy and drive ,only the regular maintainence is required, one thing more , jdms are worth the money so don't doubt their quality , just be sure you're buying a genuine car !

Brother Mohsin, thanks a lot for your kind suggestion. I really appreciate it. What is jdm? Do you mean Japanese assembled cars? Sorry i forgot to mention that we need this car for just an year or maximum two. Then we will sell it. Secondly my wife need to learn driving on it so she might can touch the car somewhere that is why i don't want to spend much amount on it. I can buy little old model or slightly paint with v. good engine condition.

Don't buy a kei car that case body parts of 660cc are very expensive you expect 22-25k for a bumper try to find Japanese model Pakistani shape alto or Japanese cultus with auto transmission

No worries brother , it's always nice to help ,
Ok so if you're planning to keep it for a year and your wife want's to learn on it, opt for a brand new suzuki mehran or a slightly used one which will be perfect for this purpose , once she learns how to drive a mehran , their wont be any car left that she can't drive , you won't loose much on a mehran and can go for a better car after ,I don't suggest learning how to drive on an automatic car . Also we don't have much options in our market so its either a used jdm or the few cars we have locally ,
My two cents , rest its your money and choice. Cheers !

U might not agree but I'll suggest a slight used pkdm course with auto tranny , as Ur better half wants to learn driving on it so expect damages so it will be easier to maintain and cheaper to do as well , u want to sell it later as well

get a first gen vitz, it is stronger than jdm kei's(aka 660cc cars) and within your budget, i'd suggest a manual transmission car for a learner though.

My cousin bought an old Suzuki cultus for around 2Lac, repairs cost around 30k and the car worked. Bhabi practiced on her way to school. After 1yr upgraded to a Suzuki Alto.
