Default Looking for an easy-to-drive family hatchback in 12 Lac (max)

Hello everyone. I need your expert minds for a car. Here's what I am looking for:

    1- Price range= 12 Lac (Max)
2- It should be a hatchback
3- It will be used 90% of time within city. Running is very less (average of 8- 10 km daily). City has poor traffic conditions.
4- It should be easy to drive, as it will be driven by my misses too.
    5- AC should work perfectly
6- Millage has to be decent. It doesn't have to be the best mileage, but I also don't want oil guzzler.
7- Parts should be available at least.

The options that I am thinking are:
1- Wagon - R (PKDM) : Easily repairable and cheaper parts. Decent millage. Quite spacious. But not automatic. Will be able to buy brand new.
2- Mira ES - Expensive for a 660 CC car. Its max load is 200 kg. The AC has complaints. I have heard body parts not easily available and parts are very expensive. The interior looks somewhat cramped.
3- Vitz- Won't be able to find a decent vitz in this range. Requires high octane? Some say it's oil guzzler? Vitz has very spacious interior.

If you have any other cars for suggestion, please do share.

    Looking forward to your suggestions.

Get a Toyota Passo. 2010+ model (the new shape). You can easily find one with low mileage in your budget. Personally i love the car, parts are available too easily.

If you post some images about the car it should be a useful one, it helps to justify it.
