Same question, mileage of both cars? Over all condition? Any service history available? How many previous owners?
Automatics need more regular maintenance (transmission fluid changes at regular intervals) and are mechanically more complex as compared to manual transmissions (my opinion). Accessories are not important. You can always get them installed later on or change the existing accessories.
My suggestion would be to go for the manual, but the car should be mechanically and bodily sound. An inspection by a good mechanic can also be considered. Hope this helps. Good luck in your choice!
Please don't make any hasty decisions. Satisfy yourself thoroughly before committing. If any doubt, walk away from the deal. Better to feel awkward and embarrassed rather than lose a lot of money. Peace of mind is priceless.
Go for 2009 Manual. It is more economical and less maintenance is required. Auto transmission rides are easy to drive, but they are a little bit heavy on fuel. And like the other member suggested, condition and millage matters.
