    wheel balancing for wobbling.
if it doesnt solve the problem can be a rim or tyre problem.

U need alignment if the car starts going to the left or right when u're going straight.

You need balancing if your car wobbles.

Alignment/Balancing problems would be " alot more" noticable above 120kmph. But it is also evident that his car wobbles only between 80-120kmph.

Now this is strange. What kind of balancing/alignment problem are you guys diagnosing that shows up between 80-120 and disappears after that? I don't think balancing/alignment is the only problem here.

    wheel balancing is needed.
bubbling is due to unbalanced wheel.
if car pulls in any direction, then go for alignment.

Do Pakistani mechanics give proper toe-in angles when doing front wheels alignment ? I personally see they just use a rope for it when I got it done for my car.

Also, I am suspicious of the wheel balancing apperatus, I don't think they calibrate it regularly (other than expensive workshops of course). Also, I have seen alloy rims don't have a notch at edge (like stock rims) where the lead weights (pellets) are put for wheel balancing, where are they installed in alloys??

well, u need to check suspension components thoroughly, starting from wheel bearing, tie rod ends, dampers/springs, steering rack etc. and a good mechanic wont take more than ur 15 min on all this.

btw, wobbling occurs due to resonating components at such speeds and if you go beyond 120km/h, maybe around 160km/h u'd experience it again. and as for wheel balancing of alloy wheels, they affix weights on outer brim usually.
