    Well i guess ferrari checked their problems and got them sorted for the qualifying... i think every time a ferrari went out it took the pole if it wasnt already there. Massa and raikkonen were dominant... it was interesting though how massa pipped kimi every time... the race should be interesting... i think we have a ferrari vs. ferrari on our hands... will it end up like the rubens and schumi fiasco? I highly doubt it...

    I think both Massa and Kovalainen are running light compared to their team mates. A little rain would make things interesting tomorrow especially since i made my driver picks based on expected rain :-) but the latest news has shafted me big time :-(

    The race starts at noon tomorrow. If you`re watching it on star sports their race day will start at 11 am.

    Massa leads all-Ferrari front row at Sepang

    Felipe Massa took a commanding pole position for Ferrari in the Malaysian Grand Prix qualifying.

    The Brazilian, who was also on pole at Sepang a year ago, was almost half a second faster than teammate Kimi Raikkonen as the Ferraris secured both front row positions.

    McLaren drivers docked five places

    Lewis Hamilton and Heikki Kovalainen have each been moved five places down the grid for blocking rival drivers in qualifying for the Malaysian Grand Prix.

    The McLaren pair were investigated by the stewards after qualifying following claims that they had impeded Nick Heidfeld and Fernando Alonso in the closing stages of the session

    Heidfeld welcomes stewards' ruling

    Nick Heidfeld has welcomed the Malaysian Grand Prix race stewards' ruling to penalise the McLaren drivers following qualifying.

    Alonso critical of McLaren drivers

    Fernando Alonso has singled out McLaren drivers Lewis Hamilton and Heikki Kovalainen for blame in the incident during qualifying for the Malaysian Grand Prix.

    http://www.autosport.com/news/report.php/id/66019

    I think Alonso has developed some sort of a curse for Mclaren. His curse hit Mclaren in the last race of the season when Hamilton picked " neutral" by mistake which cost him the championship eventually. In Australia Kovalainen passed him only to hit the " pit limiter" by mistake, and Alonso re-took him , and now in Malaysia it`s Alonso once again who is one of the drivers that has cost Mclaren a 5 slot grid penalty.

    @comtrak

    Man I`m shafted :-( I picked Mclaren as " my team" after being fearful of Ferrari reliability i didnt want to put all eggs in one basket. I picked Webber and Trulli, and changed them at the last minute after reading the report about Red Bull being in trouble with FIA. So I changed both of them to Button and Rosberg. Button especially coz of the rain that might or might not come. Atleast I picked Raikkonen as my lead driver so i`m in good shape there.

    @comtrak

    Bro, i always expected Ferrari to fly not only here but all through the season. I for one thought we didn't get a clear picture of things in Melbourne with Raikkonen being compromised in qualifying, and Massa making a mistake into turn one. Mclaren is a good car but Ferrari have been marginally quicker throughout winter testing , and have gone very well on long runs. This is more or less " normal service" being resumed as far as i`m concerned.
    The thing to watch out for over the season is whether Ferrari can develop their car at the same rate as Mclaren. Remember they ( Ferrari) did fall behind Mclaren some what in developing stakes last season. It would also be interesting to note if Mclaren develop their car as much as they did last season now that they a) hopefully have no access to anymore Ferrari data, b) they don`t have the experience of Fernando Alonso.
    Come back, Luca Badoer, all is forgiven.

    i agree with that but if we talk about development i think it will be fine and will be 100% from all the teams but i m only concerned about the reliability issues with ferrari since 2006 accident of Schumi ferrari has not been reliable as they were b4 that...
