    Hey some guys thrive on pressure and others crumble. And frankly I think once kimi takes the red overalls off he dons white ones and ambles over to the topgear set because frankly I wouldnt be surprised if they ever took the stigs helmet off and it turns out to be kimi (I know its not really the case but they're both freaking robotic)... The Ferrari fan in me wants massa to turn in a solid performance here... I love kimi but I wouldnt mind seeing this midget go head to head with kimi towards the end of the season... now that would be fun eh?

    All hail Beglar`s left nut!! :p That has propelled Heikki to his first pole position in F1.

    I missed qualifying but from what i have read, it seems that, Hamilton might be running slightly heavy. That makes it imperative for Raikkonen to pass Webber into turn one or alternatively hope Heidfeld makes a decent start for a change, which is highly unlikely.
    Come back, Luca Badoer, all is forgiven.

    Hey man I've never gone against what my left nut tells me and thus far it hasn't let me down. Webber surprised me though... whats he doing up there on the front row? I really don't see him holding kimi back or hamilton for that matter... the way I see it the only chance webber has at keeping his position is if kimi and hamilton get into it at the start i.e. kimi tries to hold his position from hamilton but chances of that happening are slim... both kimi and hamilton are probably going in for webbers position... the start of this race is going to be one to watch.
    Man this sunday is going to be awesome... mens wimbledon final federer vs. nadal and the british gp in the same morning... nice!
    And just when I criticise Heidfeld for being the dead weight in the BMW setup he out qualifies Kubica... this should be a good test for the man...

    Ok... whoever picked hamilton as A driver and mclaren or BMW as the team congrats... you probably milked it.
    I picked Coulthard out of respect for the ****A** and he decides to finish his british GP in style... crashing out! That's the last time I pick a driver for sentimental reasons... well actually scratch that... if i had gone with my loyalty for rubens I'd be laughing to the bank right now... crap!
    Anyway congrats to the hamilton fans... he drove a good race... I don't think we will be hearing the last of this even after he finishes third in the drivers standings after the last GP of the year...
    pretty disappointed with the ferrari showing... I think I speak for a few people here when I say: WTF?!
    I wonder if renault would hacve had deteriorated so much had alonso not left to go to mclaren for a year... any thoughts?!

    A lot of movers and shakers after this GP. While we lesser mortals try and figure out how best to use whatever resources we have left, "genius" is busy with a strategy that even Ross Brawn would be interested in knowing:-)

    @beglar_begi
    Last time you should listen to your left nut. Congratulations though. It was nice to see Rubens. It meant so much to him.

    @nightsurfer
    I think there`s a long long way to go. This was my last Ferrari team option which i had saved for Silverstone expecting 18 points from it but look what i got!

    Don't worry... my left nut and I had a long talk... its is now being consoled by a bag of ice... but honestly the moment the rain hit I knew it would be a messed up affair...
    so what who is rattlesnake?! Man I'm seriously miffed at coulthard... i guess we are going to see a lot more of these sudden jumps... its almost like a lottery but with better odds... get the right combo and you can end up with 40 points... not crying about it just cursing coulthard and the aforementioned left nut...

    @NS

    Nah man I got this all figured out... see I'm making all the bad choices now so that I can bamboozle people in the end and they wont know what hit them (its a lie... you're right we're done) so I dont think its over yet man... I think we can hit the winning combo eventually...

    rattlesnake is comtrak who is showing no signs of being alive on this thread but scoring heavily in the Fantasy F1 League.

    Its going to get interesting when everyone runs out of the top teams and drivers. Sub7er got the same points for picking Raikkonen for this race as I did for picking Ferrari as my team :@ and having saved Webber all these races when he was scoring points regularly he spun and Vettel who usually does well in a wet race got hit by jaws!!
    It`s a lottery alright.

    You're right... the guys who gambled with ferrari and kimi and even with massa on this race have gotten nothing to show for it. At this point in time the prancing horse and kimi are like trump cards but yesterday it sure as hell didnt look like it...

    you're right its gonna be getting much more tricky now... the back benchers are gonna start making gains now... I mean 40 points for the british gp was goldmine for comtrak...

    And to top it all off federer lost in the mother of all finals... I was so looking forward to this weekend for all its sporting goodness and I have to see hamilton win and federer looses on the same day... the only consolation win was srilanka over india...

    Maybe this is what genius was trying to warn us about ? BTW he picked Red Bull as his team for this GP (Y)

    I`m in a period of official mourning over the Federer loss :s
    Maybe this will make him change the way he plays on grass. Successful as he was and successful as he will be, I don`t understand why a man like him insists on playing from the baseline with these boring base-liners from Spain and Argentina.

    exactly... everytime he got to the net he won the point. I dont know man... this guy had nerves of steel not sure what happened... while i mourne federer's loss (seriously it hurts in the stomach) i have to hand it to nadal the man worked his *** off and has shown the results for it... but the amount of tape he has begun taping on his body (i.e. the knees) i gotta ask how much more longer he can keep it up... as for federer this will probably help him in the long run but all the freaking pundits have all but burried the guy 6 feet under... as far as they are concerned nadal is now the greatest to have ever lived (mcenroe's commentary was a pain to sit through the man is in love with nadal)...

    I hate hamilton... I put that in just in case someone tells me i was off topic

    Yeah, and surprisingly, I have improved my overall ranking by some hundred positions. It tells, PW is competitive.

    Lets see what happens in the coming races as I continue to miss races.

    Right. I am glad I don't have a Ferrari or a Raikkonen left to throw away.

    so my head told me to go kubica as i stated in the F1 thread but my left nut was saying hamilton... last minute switch and voile he gets the pole. I think the lefty specialises in pole predictions only... I have to figure out which part of my anatomy can predict race results...

    so... who're you racing?

    You lying cheating weasel!!!! :-) Have you found a way around the game rules or something ?? You have quite a few hamilton left and Mclaren too! This after you gave a sermon here that you were out of choices and hence had to settle for BMW, and then you go and pick em both for the race. Lefty better come through this time or you shall be stripped off it :p

    Poor NS actually doesn't have much choices and is racing Red Bull as his team. Hamilton is the lead driver for all three of us and for Comtrak. Sub7er is going with Massa and BMW.

    @NS

    I think beglar has rigged the Fantasy League system somehow. This needs to be investigated.
    If he doesn't like it in Canada some day for whatever reason the election commission here would welcome his services any day.
