to buy a Revo car is buying a tongaa orr chand gari.. its use less buying because its just named that pakistan manufactured the car . but actually car is manufactured by china.. lets seee! engine, plastic pasts, suspension and gear and design is all chinese . only its given the name that adam stupied manufactured revo... go for suzuki mehran or coure .. i know its expensive buying mehran n coure but these cars are relly good compared to CHINESE REVO.

It is a home made car, if you guys remember PROFICIENT pick up , that was made in pakistan . The plant was made up of few houses with broken walls and open roofs and workers working in shalwar kameez , it was like assmebling a horse cart . So if REVO is a great revolution where is the information coverage, what is the plant like, what are their process controls, after sales and service support. Actually few Pak designers + investors contacted few chinese counterparts and as their domestic profit making project they assembled it. It is like, when there was porperty boom , few people joined hands and launched a file based society to earn money. Here is this case , the physical product is there but lots of questions are unanswered. BE AWARE GUYS ?? Another Mafia to make money out this booming car-demand-market.

Relax people. Revo is as real and original as Biryaani (can't think of anything else thats more loved by Pakistanis) LoL. It will be out soon. Its taking a little time, so what. Every great REVOlution tends to take time. Slow and persistant change is always better than Sudden, messy and chaotic change.

Remember the BOMB. It took Pakistan nearly two decades to bring it out to the world. It was made by mid 1980s, but the pressure to keeping it a secret and avoid sudden backlash from everyone. It was kept under the rugs (Or more appropriately, in the moutain of Kahuta), til India initiated its A-Bomb testing in 1998 which made Pakistan do the same in Kind, and made Pakisatn a respectable and fearful country. Weapons of Mass Destruction bring you respect and guarantee your safety. If
Iraq had the Bomb, you would never have seen the sad event of falling of Baghdad.

So, similarly, Pakistani Car is also taking a little time as the Pakistani A-Bomb. Its the question of, when and not if, the car will ever be driven by the pulic.

Just like the Pakistani Foreign Minister, Gohar Ayub during 1998, told the American Media when asked, if Pakistan will reveal its Might of A-Bomb soon, he said, "its not the matter of If but When....." And very soon it did.

So, keep you faith in Revo, and just like our BOMB, it will earn us some respect, as only 16 countries our of over 200 nations have the capability
of designing and manufacturing a car.

Nay sayers will disagree, but Pakistan is a Car manufacturing country. The tractors and motorcycles are almost completely made in Pak. So, will this car be. I also read somewhere that Millat tractors has agreed to help make the transmission of REVO. So, all is not bad, and just keep the faith and Insha-Allah we will prevail in this automobile industry and ultimately will be a 100% car making country soon.

    @ datzburier
well said.the car is not even in the market yet and people have started commenting on it.pakistani people have been using the same model mehran for more than a decade and this is a very bad thing.and say it a 2005 new mehran ahahha.its teh same 88 model alto.heheh
even the engine has redused to 8oo cc from 100.we need a level playing ground here where companies can compete like the cell phone revolution.some years back cell phones were a status symbol amd only rich people could afford them but now the sweepers havew thir own cell phones.the same thing will happen with the cars if we introduce the same policies as were implemented in the mobile sector.
Past cant be brought back ..but future can be made even better than the Past..if one wants to.. ....

Thanks janleva, you are right about mehran. It has given good service to the Pakistani public, now its time for it to go. Like any good car, it has served it useful "model" life. The car seriously needs some update. Suzuki just has been fooling the people by just painting the bumper after 5 years and passsing it as a New Model. Thats just plain insane. By now they should have acquired some level of technology where they can mould some parts of the car on their own. Redesign the headlamps, fenders, doors, DO SOMETHING. Sadly, they just have done nothing concrete and its a 18 year old model now. The longest running, after that old Bolan (Thats another rip off, almost 25 years old model). They need to invest in locally designing facilities. They have the money (with most selling cars in line up), whats holding them back, God only knows.

Revo Is truly going to be a revolution, Insha-Allah.

This is my message to Mr. Rock and Mr. Irfan who are such a nice patriots giving great ideas to the nation. That is why our nation has not been able to exceed in different fields, because our thinking is very limited.
we dont want to accept any change , even if it is for our own benefit.

If people want to buy mehran and coure they can buy it, we are not forcing any one to purchase this car.

The company plant is based in karachi, only the engine is coming form china that company name is wuling check on the website www.wuling.com

Soon the ngine will be assembled in pak but the rest of the manufacturing is in karchi plant. Go to the adam motor company website there you will see a lot of things www.adammotor.com
