    Default Coure Or Joy

Going for a new car with in a week,
Options i have in same price range are,
    1.Coure eco (manual)cng
    2.Joy Cng

which one should i opt,? priorites are:
    1. fuel economy
    2. maintanance
    3. resale but buying for long term (4 to 5 years)

power steering is standard in joy if i m not wrong.
well i m more towards coure right now but a lil confused, and keep in mind that car will be for family use only, help me out.
It is an interesting question how far men would retain their relative rank if they were divested of their clothes.

well i know about cuore's fuel consumption on petrol, its about 12-13km/l... don't know about cng... don't know about joy's fuel economy... i think cuore's maintanance will be easier... obviously cuore's resale is goooood too... i think if these three are your priorities, then you should go for a cuore

well... in terms of resale, mehran has the best resale in the 800cc category, but cuore is a close second... cuore's maintanance will be easier too as there is a wide network of toyota 3s dealers throughout... but chevy 3s dealers are hard to find

There is heck of a diffence between Coure's inside space and Joy's, Joy is roomier then all in its class.
Engine is bigger, quieter, Faster, EFI.
Body is solid, you ll notice it when you close its doors.
It has Front + Rear seat belts , its a safe car.
Rear seat is comfortable, not like Alto / Coure / Santro.
A/C is better then many 1300cc cars, excellent AC !
MP3 Player is very good too with four speakers.

In the end i would say you better Test drive both Coure and Joy, only then you ll understand

    thnx for your suggestions,
i might not be driving this car, primary goal is to buy a car which is durable with min maintanance and max fuel economy, (cng) . resale is not a great issue as buying it for 4 to 5 years and depriciation is obvious. please share your expiriance,
and i have been going through car prices section and exclusive is not mentioned, is it discontinued ?

and please shed some light on suspension of both cars.

justa couple of days ago my brother went to inquire about a JOY in the dealership, when asked about the spares they handed us a booklet in which JOy's parts were compared with Santro, Cuore, Cultus & Alto.... amazed to see why did they handed over us that paper in which JOY's each and every part is mentioned almost 3 times expensive than the cars they compared too....

just wait brother and let me scan that paper and post it here

its not just about degrading JOY, its about to inform those people who, after purchasing will come to know how expensive it is to maintain one, most of the people in my knowledge tend to sell this car within a few months only because it eats their pockets so quickly

just one of the few things that i remember is that the ac compressor for cuore/ cultus is somewhere around 10 thousand while JOy's is of 30 thousand...

air filter for cuore/ cultus comes for about 275 odd rupees while Joy filter is more than 650 rupees... etc etc..... the paper will speak for itself!!!

Hmm good.... just was bringing you towards quoting the prices......... well dear if you take your suzuki or toyota to the so called "authorized dealers" they would also rip you off............. the imported spares of joy are easily available in the open market and are dirt cheap........ i just an original daewoo oil filter for less then rs 200 and air filter for also rs 200.................(i hope u know the daewoo and chevrolet story before jumping into this) i don't know why would u go and buy a filter for 650 when its available for 200 in the market.....................
Rest for later.......... when you come up with some more proof about your claim.......
ohh and just forgot about the ac compressor........ well don't get me started over that just now........
and get the prices for original suzuki spares okie......... not the lahori made which you won't actually buy for your car in case you have to buy one...........
and one more suggestion..... try reading more about all this joy and exclusive story in the previous forums as we have been banging our head with many people with the wrong perception for quite some years now.....
@a4ahsan............ just keep away from the suzukis at all costs.......... the ones that were discontinued all over the world decades back........... cuore would also be a reasonable choice but suzukis suck...........

well i think joy is much better option ..
    its mileage is 32km/lit..
    better build quality
    better safety (4 seat belts)
    good looks
    more romy than coure
    comfortable
and last but not the least it is not local except its general tyres and spark plugs..
i know its a lil hard to mentain and resale is not so good but still it is best among 1000 cc cars so go for it as you have to use it for a long period...
    regards............
