    Default Most reliable option

    Hi to all Pakwheelers!!!

Which car should one go for if he needs its A.C. to work in local (Lahore, unlike Mehran) without over heating and can bear speed of 120km/h for about 500kms i.e. during travel from Lahore to Peshawar and is affordable (i mean cheap solution to my problem)

    Waiting for your suggestions....

Actually one major point during selection of such a vehicle is the maintenance cost.
for example i have heard that Spectra and Sunny are really nice car but they will empty your pocket, if you go for maintenance.
Coure is really a nice car but using an 850cc car for long route with speed like 120km would be tough on the poor soul, i guess.

In what price range can i get a reasonable Margalla or Khyber???

I'd vouch for the Margalla, but you'd need to find one that hasn't been run on CNG for a very long time because those models end up having some sort of engine problems (overheating being on the list)

Margalla can definitely take these speeds and for this duration, but it depends on the condition of the car. My cousin's margalla can't run for very long at high speeds especially with the A/C on. They've had it since '94 so you can imagine how much it's been run. It's non-CNG'd.
