I never had experience with online shopping before, And after reading these unfortunate reviews,naturally I too, was skeptical of these stores.But I needed this years DELL XPS 9560 (16gb ram, FHD, 512PCI SSD, GTX1050) which is only available via Paklap.com (and that too at a reasonable price) . With extreme reservation I contacted Paklap customer support, but that was about it. They were very supportive and very accomodative. Fahad at the customer support helped me walk through the whole procedure with every guarentee he could offer.He provided me with service tags of the products to check before hand and was very welcoming.I contacted them during sale but due to these reviews I was reluctant to pay full money upfront to them, so I crossed the deadline.Still they were so nice to give me the same discounted rate.The shipment arrived at the day they said it would.Also provided me with a local tracking number. they were also very candid about the warranty info (what and how the coverage is) .This all helps build trust and rapport with the customer. Long story short, I got a new mint condition XPS 9560 at my door shipped from USA at a decent price (while it is still not available in Lahore
s market) with excellent customer support. Ofcourse, this is a two way road and you have to trust them too. I feel really sorry for those who had bad experience.
