yar try to understand... i told u before above how it works. it will be on 6Ampere untill it meets the room temp. once it attains room temp. then it ll drop to 3amp at day time and 1.5 amp at nyt time usage. this happend with the same both my orient and dawlance reversable 1.5 tons ACs at top floor rooms.
you know about ampere logic and units logic?
6 ampere means 6Amperex220V= 1320 Watts power (P=IxV)
For example in your case:
10Hrs usage, 7 ampere as u said it makes=
Unit =kilo Watt hour= (7amperex220v)x10hrs=15400 watt hours= 15.4 kilo watt hours exactly= 15.4 units
In my case it costs me with 1.5 ampere at night 3.3 units with same 10 hr usage...
this means your AC is not tripping
Reasons might:
your room air is not equally mixed. top layer is full of warm air, Remedy= Use light ceiling Fan, i use it with 30 degree AC Full speed ceiling fan
Your temperature sensor is not working to trip your AC might b, how to check?= use AC and with ceiling FAN. AC dosnt dispaly room temp in AC mode. use AC for 1hr then change the mode to FAN mode only it will show room temp and compare it with digital temp meter by placing it somewhere in room
i hope this will work
