    Default CD 70. Rate It

    I hv a 84 model CD 70, hv totally restore from its engine. Hv done following alterations


    1)replaced 72cm cylinder to 78cm cylinder and putted a bigger glass


    2)put a new STAR head and done sum alteration in Walls


    3)Suzuki SD110 Piston


    4)then change its Quesion gherari to 20/65 size as it will make sum performance in long run


    5)Weight Of Star wd sum alteration


    6)then cnvrtd Point into CDI kara of 125, 125 plug coil and 125 CDI unit


    7)125 Carb.


    8)38/15 spocket to hv a gud shoot in the intro. gears

    where u got the parts from,,
    did u changed the studds for installing new cylinder and head?
    where did u get the pipe that connects carb to the head?
    how is this silncer? is it noisy?
    a videpo will be much better,,
    no filter is installed,, y .. ?
    what pipe is used between silencer and head? is it the default bikes pipe ?

    *70 engine no. piece and 124 oil pump piece

    *124 Head (Put Hard Valve Springs with Valve Washers on genuine Valve)

    *140cm Cylinder (Piston Running 150cc Semi Dome top)

    *124 Weight with 8mm high 16pin Rod stroke

    *100 Clutch Box

    *100 Gear Ghucha

    *Fabricated Steel struts as this cylinder length is bigger than 78cm and 125cm cylinder

    *Carburetor Guess karo tum log by seeing its pics..

    *Genuine CG-125 Current System includes CDI unit, Plug coil, Coil Kara, Coil plate + Pulsar

    *Sprocket matching is also a Hidden Truth

    Carburetor Band pipe is genuine from this 124 head. but it can fit in E22 or 107 head.. if u want it then i can send it to u it costs only 300rs here for the new pipe

    SILENCER

    Yar basically the bend pipe of this silencer is from genuine 70 silencer and then welded the tip of VolksWaqon Foxy silencer... Yup its noisy but gives a very wonderfull noise just like foxy... the seeti tht foxy gives on removing the foot from accelerator.. if u want it then tell me complete cost on fabricating + chroming is only 700rs..

    Leth wala Expenditure 2500 in which he face the piece, done the bore, piece kay mun bara kiya, struts fabricate kiya, oil pump nozzle set kara, Weight set kiya, Gear Bearings ki jaga banai, Clutch cover jaga banai..

    Total expenditure incurred = 36000 and Purchased a new bike for Rs 40000 wd Registration and insurance

    Total cost of this project

    Engine Parts 36000
    Oil seals, Packings, Gaskit 500
    Brakes, Suspension 4000
    Denters Work in Chassis 1200
    Lite Weight body 450
    New Bike 40000
    Other Miscellaneous Expenses 4000

    Firstly when this setup was made it dont work till my expectation so the fault was of weight engine opened and fabricated again

    air filter ka lia aik spacer banavo,, and then attach a free flow air filter,, that way u will not only save ur engine fro,m extremly earlier damag but also allow u to have a sufficient power ,,

    can u give me sum sample pic. i cant get u

    Acceleration is hell fast

    1st Gear 50km\h
    2nd Gear 80km\h
    3rd gear 132km\h
    4th gear 170km\h

    Chckd on GPS

    U cant even compare a CG or a GX to it.. Its the King in 124cc full Alter Category

    70 can go upto 250cc.. Sample pics are attached

    Not a single gear is getting fix bike baray par baray ja rahi hai...

    the carbs of 125 and cd100 has thew air side ID of 38mm i think and the cone type filters opening is also of the same size,, the cost 200 rs in new here in pindi from lifan,,

    the adapter thingy is pretty simple hope local kjharadias can make it ,, with that u will be able to rotate the carb air box side opening from he body this way u will be given more space and attach a filter,

    any advantage of hvng air filter in bikes performance ?? for the past so many years i m using no filter in my alter bikes ....

    having no air filter easily damages the engine and the intake of air is also not optimum due to the intake shape of the carb intake side,,

    also the dust particles in air not only cause an improper combustion of the gases but also reduces engine life,,

    the cone type filters has more area in the path of air so that help in drawing more air,,and that will be clean as well ,,

    if u want to really go filter free then install velocity stacks ,, i dont know if u will find them ready made but u will have to make them,,

    the air filter that u posted in the pic is yar OIL BREATHER or is it dual purpose.. yar i hvnt faced any problem till yet no Piston rings wastage or No Leak Valve Seals till yet... Any main Advantage of using air filter ??? yar basically my bike is not a daily driven its just for fun yar

    well i explained y air filter is needed..
    if ur bike is not being used as commuter as well and u havent faced any issue then sure go the way it is.. filter less... but applying filter will save it from premature damage.. thats for sure..

    however install velocity stack then u will get some more performance... well i havent tired but most ppl say so...

    ALLAH tumhein bhi hidayat day... 70 say upar to barho mera bhai 200 lo ya CG 80s model Genuine lo... Meri aik deal chal ri hai dkho kya banta hai 1985 Honda CG 125 in red color on Genuine Paint + Sealed Engine + Meters Working + Tyres Tube bhi abhi tak wohi hain jo company nay laga kar diyay thy 3400km used uptill now only Chroming was done 5-6 Times FUll CHAM CHAM bike.....The guy demanding 175k for this beauty dekho kya hota hai

    waisy for ur info i m working on Turbo and NOS in these bikes.... koi acha Experiment nahein gaya for turbo end result Engine Head or Chamber piece broken NOS ka kamyab gaya in CG-125 and ruing like jahaz fauran fauran gear khattam kar deti hain in no time 140 par hoti hai
