    Default CD 70. Rate It

    I hv a 84 model CD 70, hv totally restore from its engine. Hv done following alterations


    1)replaced 72cm cylinder to 78cm cylinder and putted a bigger glass


    2)put a new STAR head and done sum alteration in Walls


    3)Suzuki SD110 Piston


    4)then change its Quesion gherari to 20/65 size as it will make sum performance in long run


    5)Weight Of Star wd sum alteration


    6)then cnvrtd Point into CDI kara of 125, 125 plug coil and 125 CDI unit


    7)125 Carb.


    8)38/15 spocket to hv a gud shoot in the intro. gears

    Dear FC,

    Suggestions required for my Unique UD 100 2011 model (Disc brake edition).

    Increase in its acceleration.
    Good top speed
    less engine/body vibration
    a bit longer gear ratios

    Alteration in engine would not be appreciated since its already 100cc, can compromise on the change of following parts.

    Carburetor > Since its original carburetor's slide is very short and thin, my mechanic told me that this is honda 50's carburetor originally installed by the company in these models for low mileage.

    Sprockets> I havent checked the sizes front/rear???

    Exhaust silencer> i think too much packed for less sound.

    Please advice as soon as possible.

    post detailed pics of carb venturi.. the hole through which air flows into engine,,,measure it,, if its diameter is 13mm its of 50cc bike,, if 16mm its of 70cc if 19mm its of 100cc if 22mm its of 110cc,,,

    and remember if the di is small u will get excellant low end power and very low top speed,, if its huge dia then u will be getting low power in low end but high power in full end and greater top speed,, only for straight areas better,small dia carb is good for hilly areas,,

    exhause,, show pics however replacing it will have negligible affect,,,

    sprockets,,u can play with it,, and can adjust it according to ur mari,, u can make it give good top speed but pic will be greatly compromised,,,or make it increase pick but reduce top speed,,and enjoy it on high slopes in mountanious area,,

    without serious engine mods u wont hve any significant gains,, all that u will be getting is a compromisew between top speed or pick,

    i would suggest u stay stock,,

    i would suggest u stay stock,,
    suggestion well noted, currently in 200 rs petrol thats 2.2 litres its giving 120 kms very smoothly, on 5000 rpm it need a shift up in gears, after 5000 it starts vibrating specially the body cuz most of it is plastic. in fourth gear at 5000 rpm it attains a speed of 60km/hr, rolling more throttle increases the rpm which also starts vibrating. overall the ride is very smooth but slow in pick and also less top speed, 60km/hr i suppose is not a good top speed for a 100cc bike, all china/honda 70s easily crosses me all the time in pick and in top speed as well quiet depressing some times i m not a racer but atleast a 100cc bike should perform a bit high as compared to a stock cd70

    yar silencer is the main fuss in 100cc ap kis area mein rehty ho mein silencer wala batao ga woh apka silencer set kar day ga aur u will notice the change in pick, accelaration and vibration... for killing the vibration u hv to spend around 700-800rs aftr silencer work for hvng 14 ki pin walay genuine ENGINE EXCELS and Rear CHIMTA EXCEL + DAISCHO bushing

    i live in north nazimabad block "A", apka silencer wala jahan kahin bhi ho mjhe masla nahi mein pohnch jaonga, lekin aik cheez zehan me rakhna k mjhe sound kum chahiye bike mein, aisa na ho woh silencer wala andar se sari jaaliyan kaat de or us se gari ka sound mere liye azaab ban jae jahan tak axles ki baat hai tu koi masla nahi hai ap mjhe bahudarshah market me shop ka naam bata do yah phir agr koi mechanic ha tu uska pata bata do me us se karwa longa, jahan tk mjhe yaad hai ap tu khud apni bike ka kam krte ho, agr mind na karo tu i can meet u as well, is bahane mulaqat bhi hojaegi phir detail mein apko mein apna introduction donga u ll find me quiet surprising kisi zamaane mein hum bhi funter the mere bhai track k........lekin jab se aik haadsa hua mere bachpan k dost k sath or uska inteqaal hua tb se humare pure gang ne yeh shoq chor diya any ways my num is 0334-3132198 just sms me i ll revert you back.

    I am in favor or buying a higher displacement bike instead of modding.Just my personal opinion
