I haven't seen this bike, but from the pictures, it looks good. A few things that you have not mentioned but can be seen in the pictures:
The 125 has alloy wheels. Does it have tubeless tyres or can it use one?
The 125 has glass window visible oil level indicator.
Both have headlight fairings, which help with better consumption.
Both have carriers.
Both have pipe frames, which is good. It indicates some research and development as compared to pressed-sheet wishbone frame, which doesn't really require much research or development.
On the 125 there is something below the headlight, is it for the number plate or something else?
The headlights for both the models are 12v, 25/25w, compared to Suzuki's 12v, 35/35W. How does it compare with Suzuki's headlights?
On the 125, just behind the head there is a round thing, very much like the electric-start motor, what is that? as the 125 is not electric-start.
