Its points seem to be rusted/dirty. Have them cleaned with a copper wire or sandpaper. It will solve any missing problems or shutting-down problems - if you experience any...

ya i did cleand with sand paper. and it is now much smooth.. i have a couple of other spark plugs which acording to mistriz are kharab. ( and they threw it in their shop as if it is useless and i asked them to give it to me i will take it and after sanding it and giving it to my friend it was runngin excellent on his bike ... so these things made me very sceptical of the mechanics .. they jst say this is kharaba nd replace it ... rather then verifing and then asking for rplacement of faulty.. they just predict and bangs the pocket.

i will also try to post the pics of other spark plugs. that are declared faulty for further inspection..

Your plug seems dirty but the electrode is hidden behind the pin so isnt visible, the best way is to check if the electrode is visible your cars/bikes plug is good to go. If its finished or near end you should change them. See the image below it would help you. If theres sufficient electrode left jst clean the plug using some petrol or sand paper to remove carbon deposits for better performance of the plug and ure good to go
