    Question advice/info regarding sprockets

    hi
    i want to change sprockets of yd70.i want to put 15/38 teeth set..i got a few questions
    1: considering that i drive almost 1200 km a month on bullet straight and plane roads,ie, no charian ,sidhi road pa, and 30 km up and down a hilly area ,i,e margalla /sohawa how much damaging would it be ... heard they would do harm to seals[dont know what seals are and where they are]....but considering my scenario how much damaging is it..

    2: do i need to change the chain as well with new sprocket set or the old one can be reused? in case if the old one is used would it break easily ,mera matlab ha kitna relible hoga? and in case of new chain kitna relible hoga ? ya na ho bar bar karian utharthi rahain/chain totaa...

    3: which brand should i go for in pindi ?

    4: 15-38 ka stock 14-41 sa kia farq hoga? pick bar jaya gi ya speed ? soodmand ha ya souda ya koi faida nau stock hi rahna doun...

    5:lastely one mechnic told me that if u just add these speockets and a "racing clutch plate " [he told me its cost 800 and said something like "3 plats wali"] ur bike will be much responsive and its top speed will increase to 100+...? har ustaad ka apna kulia hotha hain ,so experts can u also shed some bright light on this kulia...he was very confident about this change...but i m very confused bcz ckutch is only used to engage and dis engage gear ..dont know about its effect on performance...

    1)Nopes kuch nahein hoga..koi damage nahein hoga and 38\15 is the only gud match for 70cc

    2)agr tmhari chain aik dum sahi hai to woh hi use ho jaay gi werna new dalni paray gi..

    3) spocket ka koi sa bhi lay lo RBLF..CRLF..Etc but for hain be carefull to get orignal DID

    4)I hvnt seen any racing clutch palte ever for 70cc bikes.....han aik plate bara detay hain jis say performance mein farq ajata hai...

    wo 110 km/hr ka kah rha tha with that plat...
    and he said u can compare its speed with any other vehicle to verify it...

    i forgot one most important question.. ka 15-38 ka stock 14-41 sa kia farq hoga? pick bar jaya gi ya speed ? soodmand ha ya souda ya koi faida nau stock hi rahna doun...

    Bhaiya apki Yd70 hai, CD70 b nai!! So quit the idea of racing stuff.. bike barbad karne ka ita showk hai tou mujhy dedo.. Sambhal k chalunga

    Its a v.bad idea, dont change sproket size neither u shud go 4 any change in clutch plates... Bhaiya ye dewanay k khwab hain, koi rocket nai ban jae gi apki bike... zera sa faida he hoga bt bike farigh bht jaldi hojaegi.

    Everything stock is much better! Agr faster bike a showk hai tou upgrade karlo... Thts whts a sincere advice. i hope apko apni money ki value ka andaza hoga.. ye bachoo walay kaam hain, bike ko alter karany k sochna... bike lifeline dasti down aegi.

    Bhai sporkets change karo gy to gear kafi lambay ho jatay hein lakin 4th gear mein bike beth jaey ga.My czn have done this experiment on his cd 70 with alteration in head and engine but u know what he was badly beaten by my stock hero 70.

    My advice dont do that Rest is ur choice.

    nopes bhai kis nay kaha kay bike ka 4th gear down maray ga ????? aur na koi harm hota hai bhai...... YD-70 ho ya CD-70 koi farq hai to batao srf company name kay illawah...... Gear rotation long ho jaati hai spocket change say.....

    theoraticaly
    using 14/41 @ rpm of 5000 and 17" diameter of tyre speed is 138.4 km/hr
    using 14/41 @ rpm of 5000 and 17" diameter of tyre speed is 160.6 km/hr

    now i think that using 15/38 should improve top end speed .. ?

    ^^ no man ...mattto kion jaya gi? filter tho raha ga srf us ka aga jo bthal hogi wo nai hogi...

    agar bahir ki dunya ka bikes daiki jayan tho unhon na tho filter or carb ka bich jo bothal hothi ha wo bi nai lagayi hothi , directly filter ko carb ka intake ka sath lagaya hotha ha...
    par aik bath ha ka wahan ka environment itna dirty nai jitna hamara ha.alah ka fazal sa..
    and agar pakistan ma bi kisi resonably clean jaga chalavo to upar wala gun[bothal ] ka ziada parva nai hogi...

    one more thinhg is that placing under seat is done because their is very little possibility of dirt entering and quickly destroying air filter..

    rpam of 70's are i think above 10k and max should be 11k ... i think i heard/read somewhere ... would confirm it... though cars rpm is not such high heard that is max of 5k ?

    experts question 5: of clutch is yet unsolved ...plz comment on this issue..
    also how *** a clutch effect speed and pick ? isnt it only used for changing gears ?
    ya gears change ka baad b koi kam hotha ha iska ?

    if i go to pindi i will ask him more info about it ...

    ^^ i do not think so because that compartment is very clear ... ..... but again if u remove the top bothle then there is no "tunnel" to guide the air into the filter ... or in other words there isnt any pressure to force the air through the filter element towards the carb... and the reaso of using bottle is to create an area where there is air pressure....

    .at last my yd 70 sprockets are not usable anymor... they are producing a sound...sarsari jaiza ka baad aik mechanik told me to replace them , ie sprockets and chain... should i go for stock 14/41 or any other,,, mostly i drive on straight roads... mujha 15/38 ki nai mil rai ... every mechanic says that chain is not compatible with it... however 16/38 is available ... would that be good for straight roads.... ? suggest company ... DID is good ? btw these sprockets gave me 15000 km is this good figure ?
