Check the fuel key, maybe something is blocking the fuel flow when the fuel key is on ON position. If the fuel flow is not blocked, then nothing is wrong with the fuel key and there might be some other problem.

My Father's Sohrab JS70 has the exact same problem. Its been 4 months, and the bike is been driven more than 4000 kilometers, but even after a couple of tunnings and check-ups, problems remains still.
I guess there is no way to fix this problem

there is a way to fix it , there are two jets in fuel key, one for on and one for reserve
just remove the key from the tank when its empty , its usually done by unscrewing the key from the tank , now inspect them for any blocking and clean the jets of key
i hope it will solve the problem , there is nothing else wrong
such problems are usually caused by using a low grade fuel which isnt filtered properly

    Not that much an issue.
Unscrew the cork and check the upper pipe for any blockage.
Clean it with compressed air and you are good.
These problems are quite common because of poor quality fuel.

    Technically NO
Logically YES ... Its also written in Bike Manual that if you drive on RESERVE then the next time the fuel tank will get empty, Reserve fuel will also be empty, means there wont be any reserve fuel left ... phir kharay rehna nehar walay pul pay petrol ka wait karne

    No it wont.
The only problem that you will face is that you wont get any low fuel warning.
