    mujhe apni bike k papers banany hain meri bike dg khan ki hai app kuch bata skte hai iss baray mai

    Thats sad. You will have to trace the original owner first and then register and FIR with the police for the lost documents, take a copy for the FIR along with the original owner to the office where the bike was originally registered. The office after due process will provide you new duplicate registration copy. When that is done, do not forget to transfer the registration to your name. If you lost the paper once you can lose them again.
