    What kind of noise?
    Please elaborate.

    Three possible reasons:-

    1) Clutch/friction disks do not properly disengage due to clutch adjustment

    2) the idle speed is too high or you have the tendency to ride the throttle while shifting gears

    3) Faulty gear changer or sprockets

Considering it is a wetsump monoblock engine, I cannot imagine the lubrication system being faulty. Are you using the correct lubricant?

yeah adjust ur clutch cable by going to some mechanic , and this will go away , and never let ut friend touch ur bike again , he has changed the tension of ur clutch cable due to which even ur clutch plates can fail ,
keep ur bike away from ur friend

    Got it!
    The clutch cable needs re-adjustment.
Does you bike starts to creep forward when you put it into first gear even with the clutch fully depressed?

    Nothing to worry.
Go to any mechanic and explain the problem to him.
He will fix it in no time.

well there is a technical design problem in clutch engagement of all 70 cc bikes, whenever u press 1st gear there is a little bit of jerk felt, it cant be removed , but there is nothing to worry, and that sound will remain there, if u make the clutch too tight to remove that jerk , ur clutch plates will wear away, so keep it where it is

BTW during shifting gears, close the throttle completely.
This will make the shifting even more smooth with less wear and tear.
