Default URGENT:: CD 70 Chamber Oil Leak

URGENT CD 70 Chamber Oil Leak -154733

    Dear Fellows,

when i approached my bike after office i noticed few drops of engine oil underneath gear lever, i inspected underbody there was no bad signs and engine oil level was fine too, i took bike home but on way its gearbox give noise as that of something has hit the bike form underneath, and there was clear feeling that something is lose inside and whenever it aligns itself runnin got smooth otherwise low on power.

now refer to the attached image, i stated opening bike side covers and when unscrewed the lower right bolt it stared spilling oil, my guess was that smaller sprokit oil seal gave away but it turned out fine, all oil you see here is spilled from hole of the marked bolt which holds the side cover , if i tilt bike towards this side it spills more, apparently its metal cover inside the chamber have given away.

guys what did this all mean???

fourum open for suggestions and comments.

The gear seal needs replacement if the oil is coming from the gear paddle/lever whatever you call it.
If it is coming from the front sprocket then it could be some additional lubricant that you used for the chain lubrication.
One of the most difficult things in the world is to know how to do something, and to watch without comment, somebody else do it incorrectly.
