    sorry bro for late reply ...
    my mech suggested me for caborator but i did'nt got the time to change it but i will change soon....let's see what happen's....one more thing use one air filter its will consume more air and make good compression.....for race increase the front sprocket and decrease the rear one...........although u can do one another thing get the point coil system of pointer bike and that for sure it will rock the bike..............used r availble and it will cost around
    1500 rs..other r inner modification for that u have to open the engine......and i don't suggest it becoz alter engine rock's alot but its life is shorter..... and engine will ruined..

    You got a nice idea about the air filter. I like that. And what about the carbureator??? Let me know about that OK. And you were asking about the point coil system. How can I fit it??? Is there any disadvantages about that???? And what I should have to open up for that????

    Salam bro
    bro i think carburator is effective go ahead it will increase pick and speed definately...because slide of that
    85-92 model caburator is
    bigger then the cdi caburator and jet also.due to big slide and jet the caborator will consume more petrol in engine due to more petrol it will create bigger combustion as compare to cdi petrol flow.and create more pressure and power for engine to run.but as it will consume more petrol it will decrease the milage/litre.disadvantage is only that petrol average will be less as comapared to cdi caborator.U will get around 30-35km/litre....but carburator is affective for racing............where as cdi(charge discharge ignition) coil has a limit it has a fix flow of current....its current is constant even on top speed & after some time when coil get heated the bike performance decreases....where as point coil has a point system in which point is adjusted and its current flow freely even on top speed its keeps on increasing in point system when coil get heated speed increases....on the left side under the head cylinder there is a magnet cover in which coil is situated just open it.
    u just have to change the magnet and coil nothing more then that....ask ur mech he will tell u more clearly that how it will be changed.....
    there is one more trick which racer's use they play race lying on the whole bike in which air does'nt colides with them from front and bike run's also with little bit support of air push and weight is also balanced with the bike & bike becomes lighter in weight..but its quiteeeeeeeeeeeeeeee dangerous becoz in this position there is 0 handling u r not able to do cutting in this position & while this if some thing come infront then.....................u know wat will happen's ..... but its a fact i have seen many racers specially when they play on bet they use this technique.

    yarr ur bike is nice u write on ur first pic that ur bike can easily do 135-140 but the total speed of CG125 is 120 and my bike can do 120 witth two riders.any ur bike is superior

    Salamz there Mr.Khurshid...
    I did change my sprockets with front one of 16 gears on it and rear one with 17 gears on it. But the bike was giving an extremely nice shoot till the third gear and as soon as I change the gear to fourth.... the bike started decreasing its speed and the engine was reving up to its extreeme. And then many of my friends told me to put the original Sprockets back on it... And if u want a lil bit modifications on it which I have on my bike is to put Hi-octane with half of regular petrol when you are going on a race and put the Coil's of one of Swift or Khyber in it which should be brand new. And its the better modifications in the CG's and it is also very safe for the engine also.

    hmm. i saw ur bik dost ek baat batao engune mein koi alteration karwi thi ya nahin
    aur aapp ki bike abb kitni jati ahi
    aur agar alteration kar wani hoon tu mujhay batana bcoz i m one of the dam riders from HAJI group in karachi
    app kis machnies se kam kar wa rahay hooo abhi

    dear friend if want to increase the shoot then apply front 14 n back 39
    n if want to increase long then in front 15 n back 35 this is the best combination
    haan agr piston alter hai tu batana us ki kuch alag seeting hotin ahin

    salamz dost yar jab app ki bike set ho jay tu mujahy zoroor batana mein nay app kay saath check karni ahi bik ya aur koi bhi ho biker with nasali bike tu mujh se zaroor race rhakain

    Salamz there Athar Niaz.
    Mashallah my bike is doing good. And everything is going good. I havent did modifications in the engine of ma bike. Its totally sealed and even the tapid cover has not been opened yet. The only modification is the Heavier Coil of Khyber. Thats it !!! And the mechanic of my bike since I have bought my ride is Burney.

    And yes can you help me, I want to know where can i find all the parts of CD-185, I am going to re-build my 185, I need brand new Carburetor, Cam shaft, Ring+Piston set, Pins etc, the original coil, Brand New Mudguards, Side Covers, can you guide me where to find all these. Akbar road dealers dont have parts for CD-185/200.
