    Please tell hoe to remove rust from mudguard and shoks and look them shiny

    Rust cannot be removed completely even if rubbed off of the surface. To make them look shiny, the best way is to get new chrome work done on it. The work on mudguards and shocks should not cost you more than Rs.600~700 I guess.
