Yesterday, my younger brother had to go F-6 for his office work with his colleague. They had no option except my bro's bike due to less time. Without realizing Isb traffic police is imposing challan on pillion riding['double sawari'] these days due to Muharram security measures, they were out on bike.
Obviously my brother got a challan by traffic police refered by city police on a check-post, which I think, was a good gesture from the city police, not taking any bribe.
But its really strange and annoying that the challan is imposed on only those people who are either civillians or when ever the police feels like 'I want to challan that guy on 125...' or 'Its been half hour just looking traffic, I am bored, must challan the next guy... ' etc...
There is no need of proof, but still I want to show a couple of pictures...
These pictures are taken just before the big check post before peshawar mor...
both bikes passed the policemen on both side left & right of check post and never got challaned...
Atleast the private number bike must have got one, if there even are special orders for police & govt. number vehicles...
Why this happens every time.....!
