    Thumbs up CG 125 Extremly Modified

    now have a fine suspention front is telescopic and rear is heavy mono shock absorber braking power is also enhanced as a rear drum becomes larger and front brake is replaced with disk brake now i can enjoy a sports suspention as well as complete sports look but as per maintinance it is just like honda 125 all the parts are available and the petrol average is just affordable

    its my first job and it cost me 85k including the cost of bike (as i took the old one to create something new ) , engine overhal, complete new paint and chrome works, original almunium rear footrest, original japanese sankei mufler, japanese disk brake as well as front and rear suspension, rear fork arm is from kawasaki japan this bike is cg125 1984 and it is on its original chasis and original engine ( no change in original documents )

    aik bat aur bhai mere pas cdi carb laga hua tha
    aur uske jet may be kharab the
    atlast maine naya carb lagay hai point wala
    there is no difference btwen them but the piston of the slide is larger in point carb

    you would need to rejet the whole fuel circuit needs to be redone.

    do as the above poster said, and then test each throttle position like this.

    If you want to test the main jet size - go full throttle at near to full rpm and immediately cut off your engine and pull in the clutch, coast to a stop and remove the spark plug - you should see a brownish plug - if not install a bigger or smaller main jet as necessary (I belive you know what a lean plug looks like) - then do the exact same thing at 1/2 to 3/4 throttle, this time you would need to adjust the clip position on the metering pin.

    Finally do it at 1/4 throttle - this time you need to adjust the fuel mixture screw or the pilot jet size.

    Doing like the above will have your carb setup nicely. What you are experiencing is loss of vacuum in the carb or too much air from the filter, the original CG125 filter is a foam piece and very restrictive which causes high vacuum inside the carb - that way fuel is sucked from the float bowl into the throat of the carb.

    i do the above testing starting from 1/4 throttle - and when adjusting 1/2 to 3/4 I sometimes need a different shape needle

    great sharing yaar, i was thinking the same tht old carb or biger carb ll do the trick, can u tel me the top speed of bike, i cant find old point wala carb, can u tel me whts the price there? Nw thts the realy fan n enthusiasm, keep tht spirit n stay in touch. Ride safe dear

    maine future dala hai
    honda ka original to naseeb hi nai hai
    mujhe to yahan dear Rs. 700 only ka mila hai
    lekin ghabrao nai cdi aur point wale mein koi farq nai hai
    tum throttle position se game khelo
    intehai itminan se jaldi mat karo u will find the results
    INSHAALLAH
    bcos tumhara carb sahi hai yaar as it works properly at stock air filter
    tum is tarah samjho k tumhen bs throttle position aur mixture se
    zada air k hisab se petrol adjust karna hai
    aik bat ye bhi zhn mein rakho k mixture ka screw bnd karo ge to petrol bnd hoga
    meri gari kachcha smoke de rahi thi race dene par
    maine jo setting ki hai tum bhi try kar skte ho
    main throttle pin pe neeche se doosra adjustment lock kiya hai aur
    mixture ko sirf aadha thread ghomaya hai
    i find better results
    aik dfa instruments ka fucntion samajh ajayega to tumhen khelne mein maza aayega aur seekhne ko bhi milega
    bhai main aik print media designer hn ye meri life ki pehli cg125 hai is se phle 8 sal se made in japan SD110 Flash suzuki use kar raha hn jo maine brand new li thi with disk brakes
    designing ka keera tha isliye cg125 ka panga liya
    aur no dought is cg125 ne mujhe bht seekhaya
    waise to main jahil hn lekin maine seekhne ki koshish ki
    and still learning mere dost
    try karo
    kch nai hoga zada se zada yahi na k mechanic se tune kara paregi
    wo to abhi bhi karana par rahi hai
    to phr khd kyun na seekhen

    Man! When I looked at these pictures ... all I could say was: Oh My God! I've been following lots of CG125 tuning on the web... Amazing work man ...!! Really! I dont think such work has been done to any CG125 ANYWHERE in the world so far! Keep it up man ... post some videos soon
