By the way its not only my bike which is giving this economy, following me some of my friends also modifued their RoadMasters to Chopper and roadster and offcourse got a complete engine over haul, and few have there orignal carbs and some firnds have chinese copy carbs like me and we all get some what same avg in fuel consumption like 30+ is must for every 200 in avg / good condition I know...

Its a perfect touring bike, and if you have upgraded to CDI ... then its a super tour Bike!

Yes sure affan, as I have guided like 12 or more riders through the conversion process,

Option 1 : in start when kabaryas were unaware, the CDI unit and complete system pulled from CB 250 Night hawk costed 7~8k and fitting charges in lahore were like 2k but now almost every kabarya knows that CB NightHawk CDI is bolt to bolt fit to CD 200 Road Master, so there asking price has reached to 15k and after negotiating me and a biker friend managed to get him down to 10k and fitting charges were same 2k..

Option 2: Get a local customised CDI (yamaha CDI) some mechincs use it parralel to the old point system, I dont know how but it works and no other upgrade is needed.

Option 3: I have seen couple of RoadMaster upgraded to chinese CDI system as they are also bolt on bolt fitting specially 200cc and 150cc chinese engine.

    I hope it helps..

Are you still keeping the roadmaster? How come I have not seen you in action on it yet?

^ Thats sad. Put those original wheels back on and get that thing rolling on the road again. What about making the Eid holidays useful?
Would love to see you riding it again on next PBC meet.
