    Default big bore cylinder

    hi
    i got some questions
    first has any one tried the big bore cylinders on their bikes ?
    what was the result . how bigger was the cylinder . what u changed along with the big bored cylinder such as piston. rings .. head porting.. cost as well
    where they a ready avilable units or u bored the cylinder .. how was it bored i mean quality // how was it running and how it went

    y u did this ? as a result of overhaul? seized engine? or performance
    any more info welcome

    when cylinder is bored to accomodate a bigger piston rings and carbs also need to be upgraded
    as bigger piston needs more fuel to work at its best

    are yu saying about new and bigger cylinder or boren the normal cylinder???

    either case,,
    either bored old cylinder or new
    what r the results,,
    especially those who did engine rebuild can commennt better on this topoic, also i found that the mechanic send the cylinder to khraddia who uses normal cutting process and does the adjustements b=y hand / visualy no proper instruments are used such as centring the cylinder in the cutting machine,, also they then use razmal and turn it onto an iromn bar and insert the cylinder in it and starts rubbing it,, verey primitive method ..

    does anybody have any knowledge how much a cd 70 and 78cc china bikes cylinder can be over bored ?
    in how much steps and how much is the max limit ?

    78 k cylinder k andar ki round pati nikal k 107 cylinder ki pati lagawa k L110 ka piston dalwao wese L110 ka piston 107 k cylinder mae dalta hai magar 78 mae jugar hota hai round pati ka

    107 ka clyinder market mae mil jai aur use mae bhi milta hai ....aur piston ki price ka nai pata hai aur weight aur connecting rod wohi lage gi normal wali aur head ko hard krwana pare ga ...125 ko aram sae cross mare gi

    aur agar 107 ka clyinder dalo gae aur agar akri alter krna ho tou 175 ka piston dale ga 107 k clyinder mae aur head ko hard karo aur clutch plate mae bhi tora kam hoga aur jab tum bike chalao gae tum bolo gae k jan pyari hai bhai nai bhagni bike

    bahi adil i have few questions..
    1: kia 78 ka cylinder ma 107 ka liner dal jatha ha?and what about its quality,?
    2:ya L110 konsi company ki bike ha? 2 stroke ha ya 4 stroke? dokan ma ja k l110 boltha houn unhain kuch samaj nahi athi ,, boltha hain l110 konsi company ki ha,,yamaha,suzuki,honda?
    3: what do u mean by head ko hard kara lo?
    kia ya kaam kharad wala khartha hain? can u guid me how i will finbd som one in pindi who does it..and whats its advantage?
    4: kia ports khulwana sa farq para ga?
    5: lastly i would say that i am not into making an racing machine,i m just moding it in moderatly fore normal use,,so that it should last enough

    wouldnt it be dangerous to use same connecting rods ?
    and adding new pistons will also increase stroke with bore or not ?

    stroke is same 49.5 so no new con rod,,,, just increase the bore keeping the compression ratio in control ,,
    two ways to have that achieved one mod current head combustion chamber or add a corresponding cylinder head,, which i did,, but the engine from which this combo came produces a 10:1 CR (or 10.5:1) which is quite high ,, i will mod it to something between 8.5 or 9:1

    yar i want a 52m piston that enables me to reduce my CR ,, so u sau one is suzuki sd 110.. is it sprinter?
    another is honda s110? is it four stroke,, will i get its piston..

    havent searched about doin it to cd 100..
    if u can find bigger cylinder with sam mounting nuts abnd bolts and can find either same cylinder head u can do theoratically,, u would be able to go safely +30cc in my opinion,, but if urs is chonda (chinese replica of honda) then it is most probably a 110cc alhough it would be labelled 97cm^3,,
    take care of CR if u go this way,, dont go above stock CR
