    Thumbs up Suzuki GS150

Alhumdililah after the sale of my first project Hondacg125 extremely modified
i am thinking to do some creativity with suzuki gs150
but during research whatever i found
i want to share with all my pakwheels friends

    Suzuki GS125E

    Suzuki GS 125S

    Suzuki GS125R

    Suzuki GS125ES

in 2011 we are using the bike of 80's and 90's
even with less features than those times
without alloy rims without disc brakes

i think paksuzuki specially made this 150cc engine for pakistan
as u can search on google
even in thailand these GS150cc engine are changed

china use this engine diagram to modify their bikes
    Suzuki GN250 1982
    Suzuki GN250E

    look at GY250
    QingQi 2008 On-line Catalog

    look at RX250
    Loncin GN250

jab policy makers khud non custom paid benzuse karte hun
aur awam bhi 30 30 sal purane model as a new bike purchase karne par majbbor hun to policy maker aur manufacturing companies ki bla se dunya kahan se kahan ja rahi hai
    they are making money
Alas yamaha karachi mein plant larahi thi wo bhi nai aaraha
yamaha fz160 ka aasra bhi gaya

1 u can buy disk brake from scrape market 2 GTO disk system can be installed but u have to change the whole front fork as shock absorber shafts size is also change, T can be converted by turner use the GTO T with the center shaft of CG 3 for better braking u have to change the rear drum it can be done by 175 or 200 road master rear drum 4 i am really sorry for this shop keeper in my poor knowledge disk brake system is maintenance free and i can guarantee this shop keeper never ever use the disk brake once u do the proper work done by original seal and original brake oil u r free for a long long time i use Suzuki Flash 110 for 8 and half years blv me or not i never change even its disk pads and they were in perfect working order 5 cg use rear whee17" if u go to 18" its not a big difference in the height of bike but it is a big difference in the RPM and speed of bike one of Pakwheels member named R1 did so very beautifully, he installed the rear rim of Honda Deluxe and that was a beauty

1, What modifications need to be done in order to put rear drum of cd200 in rear of gs150?
    2. is the brake drum of cd200 bigger than gs150?
    3. are brake shoes easily available for cd200? and at what price?

I would really appreciate if you can please answer these questions.

i think both are approx same in size
    brake shoes r easily available
What modifications need to be done in order to put rear drum of cd200 in rear of gs150?
is baat ka jawab mujhe bhi usi wqt milega jab 200 ka drum nikal kar wheel assemble kar k 150 pe install karne ki koshish karunga
what should be focused is the line on chain, chain cover and wheel centre by same adjustments

    A.A senior pak wheelers.
plz have a look at this modification of CG 125:
cg honda chopper bobber completed first and only ride - YouTube

I want to ask if this modification is possible on the frame of pakistani CG 125.Iam in love with this chopper design, can anyone please guide me if it is possible.
The guy in this video is not using any rear shock absorbers, just simple springs under the seat. But shocks wud be compulsory due to the condition of roads in our country,so can the geniune dual shocks be used with this design or the mono shocks like the one junaid bahi has used in his bike wud be better?(i guess those wud be very expensive)
I want to keep it as economical as possible so plz guide me in this regard.
