YEP there is NOTHING ON EARTH that comes close. Imagine it like a nice and non-complaining girlfreind, who you wake up in the early hours of dawn and wind her up on every stretch blasting into the rising sun.
Riding these bikes is not black art - you have to let your body and the machine act as one being, that way when you are doing north of 200 km/h and see a bend - you roll off, kick a little countersteer - slide into the bend, select best gear for acceleration - and roll back on to straighten it out on exit.
In Pakistan most little solo motorcyclists try to control the bike from the handlebars alone. Thats why they think these bikes are death traps.

All right.........i'll go to the DVLA on Monday and get Compulsory Basic Training licence..........2-stroke NSR-125 here I come
its really weird I went recently to the BBC headquarters........and the editors and journalists of a popular car magazines shocked me..........firstly the parking lot was full of.....YAMAHAs........Ducatis....and....Aprilias
their desks were littered with bike magazines and all they talked about were bikes.............I mean these guys were being paid to do a motorhead anorak's dream job....write and test drive cars..........and all they could discuss were SHOWA telescopic forks, swing arms and chain vs shaft drives..........I mean ,,,,,,,,lol
when I asked about this infatuation with two wheels as opposed to 4....they replied(still with a stupid grin) "you can't really be a petrol head until you've owned a bike and fallen in love with it and.........driven a European classic car...........alfa romeo.......or VW ............"
