before buying this UD i've had plans for GS500E and sum serious modifications too on my own but i dropped the whole scenario for later on cux of some probs & (i didn't know reliable mechanics here in khi cux it would be my first 500cc experience)
and i mend my bike myself...it's kinda like hobby so never ever visited mechanics for my bikes...so I opted for this UD100 you know what i mean

i'm glad u love it dear

will surely keep the thread updated regarding dis-assembling and assembling the stuff i will upload the detailed pix session when i tune it for the first run after the tryout

regarding quality i'm satisfied till now

    apart of this..

nothing is embossed on the cylinder as i've seen many after market cylinders with 97cm3 on it but it doesn't have anything on it so i think it's a true 100cc
but the user manual says its 97

    cylinder bore = 52.4 stroke = 49.5 = 101.9 i think its a 100

the bore and stroke figures makes it a 110 cc class bike and to be more precise it is 107cc or cm^3 bike.. the 100 cc bikes are normally 97cc .. so the unique is not a 100cc but a 110cc ..

bore^2*stroke*pi/4=engine displacement in cc [ if bore and stroke is in cm's]

    5.24*5.24*4.95*.7854=106.7 cc
    pi/4=.7854

this wrong quotation is common with chinese maal .. their 70cc cylinder is marked 78cc but that is in reality an 85-88cc cylinder and so is the case with the 100cc cylinders..

ya its 110cc class bike not a 100cc
    a 100cc is actually 97cc
    and a 110cc is actually 107cc

the stroke of chinese 70 is exactly the same as of honda cd 100 or cg125,,
congrats buddy,, tell us its top speed and how it runs compared to honda cd100..powe,pick speed,,test both if u get opportunity,

Yup i've tried reaching even more than that on my previous bike and got scratched and buffed...
    But
Alhumdulillah i'm safe not any serious injury thanks to ALMIGHTY ALLAH *!!

2006 got my first scar at my back still got a mark...
2008 got my second injury on knee it was just a flesh wound but still got a mark..

then after that i stopped driving rashly
i only drive @ hi-speed when the road is feasible for it otherwise mostly @ 70-80 kmph..

    Thumbs up Assalamualaikum

    MASHALLAH

Those nuts on the wind shield could have been better but overall superb for the features.
