    @asjdsm
    U can obtain a very cool sound by this method i'm abt to tell u.Buy a stock silencer and cut a little further from its centre.Make sure u take out the whole bansri so that it's free flow.It has a solid loud sound and affects the performance of ur bike greatly. Not like those typical "phatphatis".Also if u want to lower the sound a bit u can install the bansri again.
    To personally satisfy my own adrenalin needs, I've been racing Bikes a little bit, which has been fun.

    Don,t do it. Because you will ruin the original CYLENSIR, And when you have to sell your bike it will effect on market of your bike. Better buy second hand or buy a free flow pipe !!!

    what is free flow silencer?
    one shopkeeper showed me one silencer he told me it will make ur bike sound like heavy bike,, and will improve its pick,, he quoted its price as 800 rs,, but its quality of welding was extremely pathetic,, and there were even some small holes left due to that place being not welded ,, yani us jaga wield miss hogia th,,
    and i told him that there are others of same shape and they sell for 500 rs,, he told me that they destroy rings,,

    so is there any good brand that u r aware of,, all seems to be made at homes by child labours,,who despite wielding don't seem to know what wielding is,, that's what its quality tell,,,

    again if any one is using it please post pics and videos of the sound,, that will be very much appreciated

    outlaw92 @ His method is good but don,t do it with Original pipe. Secondly u seen my bike,s pictures. I used that pipe for 2 years and i enjoyed the sound and speed because of that. That pipe was originaly for cg 125 but i altered that for my deluxe. I will upload video tomorrow inshallah !!!!Well these types of pipes are made from rough material therefore these things happen !!!!After market silencersmufflers -292381

    According to Wiki :
    A free flow system allows the spent gas to exit the vehicle more efficiently by changing the pipes used in the system and installing an inter-cooler between the engine and the exhaust.
    With a free flow exhaust system, a smoother removal of spent gas is offered. Because of this, vehicle owners notice an improvement in the overall way their vehicle runs.

    These systems promote better gas mileage and increased acceleration as well.
    To personally satisfy my own adrenalin needs, I've been racing Bikes a little bit, which has been fun.

    most mechanics say that those 500-600 silencers destroy engine..(piston and rings) i dont know if its true.. please get info about it .. try to ask anyone who is using it..
    i also visited ghafar ustad .. he said he will make silencer and would cost 6000 rs.. hahaha
    he also said that the 500-600 silencerd do not have jalli.. and also told two of their other disadvantages.. dont know what they were forgot those..

    also he told me to he can fit any silencer on ur bike.. just bring it.. so i was thinking y not get a old cg 125 silencer and mod it to my bike ..dhoom 70cc upgraded to 110cc ?

    also is it possible to installl a cd 100 silencer onto a dhoom 70 head ?
